I was charged 339$ via adcreative.ai without my consent after a "trial" that i didnt even want. It automatic charges you for the "Professional Premium" which is their second highest price point. You dont get a notification at all or a mail about it.

UPDATE: I have been in contact with their support and billing team and they have refunded me.

They charge me random 350 dollar for nothing. i never used something of them just made an account? Could somebody help?!!!!

Avoid giving this company your bank details - to do so will result in them trying to take large sums of money for absolutely no reason.

This is a fraudulent company. I have cancelled my subscription, but they have been trying to still take payments from my account for the last 4 months, and there are no contact lines. I have now had to put a permanent block on it.

Fraudulent company - have emailed them today, after taken £268.47 from my account - no idea who they are. They had better respond, otherwise the regulators will be informed.

Adyouneed app is a scam and engages in fraudulent billing practices. I canceled my free trial properly, ensuring my membership was fully canceled before the trial ended. Despite this, they still charged my card without authorization.

Their customer support is completely unhelpful and refuses to issue a refund, showing zero accountability for their deceptive practices. This is outright fraud, and I’m now in the process of taking legal action against them.

I strongly warn others to stay away from this company. They will take your money without consent and ignore your complaints. Do not trust them.

First and foremost I’ve honestly never heard of this company but they have deducted 500 frickin pounds out of my revolut account when I didn’t even sign up and for some reason nobody is effing responding what kind of company is this this is fraudulent and I’m making a dispute as we speak please avoiddddddd!!!!!!!!

I've had two charges on my bank statement the last 4 weeks for over $300 and i've literally never even heard of this company - needless to say i'm taking legal action against them.

I was horrified when money was taken from our business account and I didn't know anything about it ... but I have to say I managed to get hold of their customer service complaints who dealt with my anger in such a way that I became calm and we found a happy resolution to the problem and I got my money back. Thank you - excellent customer service.

I have been asking them several times in the last year to remove my details from their system as I am no longer a customer with no luck. They keep spamming me with marketing emails (I have copies if needed), so I assume they have no GDPR procedure in place, nor are they compliant. Just be aware that once you get on their list, they never remove your details.

I'm really satisfied about ADYOUNEED's services. I had the same experience as Fabio (below): nothing worked, full of bugs with the impossibility of linking advertising accounts, no support, no invoice and forced to block our bank card to block payments because no option to stop the subscription on the user interface. In short, this service is to be avoided and deserves a report!
