After reading some negative reviews

After reading some negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. AEDland communicated clearly about delays and made sure I received my order. They're not a massive corporation they're a small business negative supply challenges and they handled my order responsibly.

aedland service and communication is awful.

i have received no information about my order since they took my money. their website sucks - the register an account link and login link go nowhere. No tracking info provided. "text us" is how they handle customer service questions?? Maybe this isnt a legit site.

Authentic, not generic.

My order arrived sooner than expected, fit my unit perfectly, and clearly authentic, not generic. I ordered a replacement Philips Heart start FRx pads and OEM battery.

Order pads after weeks of nothing I reached out they claimed back order then claimed FedEx lost the order never sent tracking when requested can only communicate via text when text to call me someone did
Finally after 2 months I requested a refund and got it with in minutes
Will not be doing business with them again
When things look to good they probably not

Do business with anyone else

Ordered a battery replacement September 16, it's October 30 and no package. Asked about the booking via text per instructions on their site and was met with hostility. We apparently failed to make attn to a "name". We checked out in line with the site prompts. Owner claims we received a secondary email- we had not received anything but the confirmation email claiming we "were all set". Owner phoned in and proceeded to berate us. He claimed they are yelled at all day long, everyone says emails never received. We suggested he check with his email host and reminded him WE were the customer and if they're yelled at all day perhaps they need to change the way they do things and/or get more help. Owner finally says would 2 day ship the order on October 23, it's now October 30 and nothing, no reply to inquiry left yesterday- no answer on the phone # offered for text. We are done--will file fraud to our CC company and find a more reputable site for our needs. This is not rocket science, you take the order, you ship the order and offer actual follow up with your customers. They failed at every level.

Fast response time, knowledgeable and personalized customer service!

Very pleased with their customer service! I had thought the re-celled battery I purchased from them a little over a year ago had already gone dead, but I texted their number and Tony, the service representative, called me back almost immediately and talked me through checking my AED unit. He was very knowledgeable, and it turned out it wasn't the battery at all, but my expired electrode pads. I put in an order for a new set, and he promptly shipped it out with a text confirmation. VERY personalized service, and a quick response time! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS

I ordered a battery and pads in April. It is now July. Finally received the battery, no pads. The company never answers the phone and never responds to email. I have dealt with them in the past with success, but not this time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I will take this further.

Ordered a M5070A aed battery and some…

Ordered a M5070A aed battery and some pads that were slightly discounted. Waited a week for confirmation and nothing. Reached out to them through email with nothing, there is no email. Texted and the responded within the day that the pads were on back order so they did not ship the battery. Told them to ship it anyway because we need it. It finally arrived 3 weeks later, still no confirmation email. Spend the extra money and order from a reputable company. No pads yet and no way to get reimbursed for that expense.

Purchase from AEDland with absolute confidence. I had an issue with not receiving emails about an order I'd placed, so I called the company and left a very rude message. The owner responded immediately, and was EXTREMELY professional, patient and kind. Turns out the email account I was using was sending emails from the company straight to my spam folder and like an idiot, I never even checked it before leaving my rude message. My embarrassment at my own behavior is exceeded only by my admiration for the owner of this company, who has earned my business for life, along with my sincere gratitude for his patience and kindness.

Unable to contact the company with questions about my order.

I received an email with this subject line: "Your AEDs, AED Pads, and AED Batteries by AEDLand order from August 26, 2024 is complete." There is no tracking number and I have not yet received what I ordered. The email is the same as the order confirmation. The only way to contact them is by text which I did on August 26, 2026. I have a battery I'd like to recycle, but the address on the first battery I purchased from them is not the same as on their website. I asked, 10 days ago, which address to send the battery to, but have yet to receive an answer. I've worked in fulfillment and this seems very sketchy to me. No email or phone number to call, just a text number.
