Everything I've bought from here has been so pretty! Their stores in malls have a really cute atmosphere to them too, with their cute encouraging messages on the mirrors and such. I also love how they have been so inclusive and diverse with their models for years now.

Their customer service is very nice, some of the nicer ones I've dealt with for sure, they don't sound like bots talking to you at all and are actually helpful!

Appalling.

The website clearly states that Aerie will cover customs and duty fees for French delivery.

This is not the case as I have received in the mail, a bill for customs and duty fees.

Aerie lie.

I have contacted their customer service on numerous occasions. Customer service refuse to take the matter in hand and sort this out directly with FedEx. They refuse to contact FedEx directly, even though I have copied in FedEx to my emails and the address is clearly visible in the scanned documentation.

This should not be my problem.

Sort it out.

Will never purchase from them again.

I had accidentally put in the wrong email on an online order so I did not receive a confirmation email and as it was my first time ordering online I was a bit panicked when the money was gone and I didn’t have a confirmation.
So I called their customer support and almost immediately I had a representative on the line helping me out - I believe her name was Delilah. She was extremely helpful especially since it took three different tries to find my order (due to me not having an account and giving the wrong number). I am not usually one to leave reviews but I was amazing with how quick and effective the help I received was!

My favorite online store by far! Started shopping at AE over 20 yrs ago and now shop for my daughter and myself.

They are amazing. Their customer service is great. I've ordered underwear several times & I've needed to return a few times due to the material of the underwear/fit not being what I expected. I'd try one on and send the rest back which they were OK with. They were extremely helpful throughout the processes. Finally, I found the underwear for me, & I ordered 20 of them. I can't thank them enough for being so patient with me, helping me, & being an all around awesome company to work with.

I was a loyal customer of AEO.

I was surprised when I bought something, had to pay more than £60 in customs fees, and I have also to pay for the shipping to return the items that I don't fit me.

Apparently, AEO closed all the stores in the UK and now this is the way they operate. What a shame!

I love the brand, but I cannot recommend it anymore.

I love this store and I have always been happy with the service. While there are probably underwear of better quality out there, they're more expensive, I feel like these are the best bang for your buck. Also Aerie does have some more expensive, better quality, and cheaper, less quality to choose from so you can spend more money if you want. But I've never felt like it was bad quality as all. The cloths are of great quality too. I've ordered online and bought in store and have always had a good experience. I even bought something online and returned it in the store, all I needed where the items and the receipt. No questions asked. I didn't even need the credit card I had used to purchase the items I could not believe how easy it was. When asking questions, over the phone and in person, I was always treated well and the employees where kind and patient. Highly recommend.
