Aertrip is a Bait-and-Switch Scam – Avoid at All Costs
Do not book with this agency. I purchased a domestic Air India flight from Delhi to Bangalore and received a fake, unconfirmed "voucher" instead of a legitimate ticket. They operate a deceptive group-ticketing scam where they state your name will only be updated with the airline "12 hours prior to departure."
The document they sent was completely fraudulent:
Fake Details: It listed the aircraft as a Fokker 100, which Air India does not even fly.
Invalid PNR: The booking reference and e-ticket numbers were fake alphanumeric placeholders rather than actual 13-digit airline codes.
No Confirmed Seat: You are not actually buying a ticket; you are giving them money with the hope that they might secure a seat for you at the last minute.
I realized it was a scam immediately and filed a chargeback.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before booking with this company.

My booking was apparently placed under a group booking, and my trip was not properly confirmed. Despite repeatedly emailing the company, I received little to no meaningful response. Escalating the matter to senior management was equally frustrating, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

The customer service number was also extremely difficult to reach, leaving me with very limited support when I needed it most.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this company without thoroughly verifying the booking, confirmation, payment terms, and refund policy in advance. I am sharing this review so other customers can make an informed decision and avoid facing the same difficulties.

My booking was nice and smooth one of their employ named-Harsh helped me a lot in booking a domestic flight, gave me all available discounts and codes and especially helped me in luggage extension which I found difficult to find in other websites. I would recommend everyone(especially students)to book their flights and hotels from this website.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. My flight was cancelled, but despite repeated follow-ups, they have refused to refund my money. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and they have not resolved my issue. I feel completely deceived by the way they handled my case. If you're considering booking through them, be cautious. I hope they improve their customer service and honor legitimate refund claims.

Terrible. Booked Delhi Vancouver flight for my wife They display discounted fares and once you pay, they will call you for more money for issuing ticket. PAID 4K more. And then it is a groip ticket. In case of flight disruption (which happened due to technical arror of aircraft) you will get no message as the number/email given is of aertrip.com. And call them, endless music is there to entertain you. Nobody responds.

I would give review rating of minus if possible. Dont trust.Typical scamster like behavior.

OMG, what a terrible experience!

I booked 4 flight tickets for a round trip from Lucknow to Indore and back. The total price on IndiGo’s official website was around ₹52,000, while this website was showing around ₹51,000. Just to save ₹1,000, I made the huge mistake of booking through them.

I booked the tickets at around 8:00 PM on 1st July. The next day, on 2nd July, I received a call from their team saying that the flight fare had increased and that I needed to pay an additional ₹6,000.

I was shocked and refused to pay. They then threatened to cancel my tickets if I didn’t pay the extra amount — and they actually cancelled them!

They told me that the refund would be credited to my account within 24–48 hours. Today is 6th July, and I still have not received my money.

My travel was extremely urgent, so I had no choice but to book another set of tickets directly through IndiGo. Those tickets cost me around ₹53,000, but at least they were confirmed.

I am still waiting for my refund from these fraudsters and cheaters.

Anyone reading this review, please do not book your tickets through this website. Saving ₹1,000 is not worth the stress, panic, and financial trouble they can cause. This experience gave me a complete nightmare and unnecessary panic.

I would strongly advise not booking flights through Aertrip based on my experience.

I booked an IndiGo flight along with travel insurance and contacted customer support shortly after booking to request a cancellation. I was told that cancellation and even rescheduling were "not possible at all." No proper explanation, fare rules, or written justification were provided despite my asking.

The support team was unable to clearly explain why the booking could not be cancelled or modified, and there was no clarity regarding the travel insurance either. As a customer, I expected transparency and a clear explanation instead of a blanket refusal.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I have had to escalate the matter through email.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through Aertrip. If you do decide to use their services, make sure you fully understand the cancellation and refund policies before making any payment.

Systems are outdated - the price you see wont be the final price you pay - thye keep the tickets in process - and wait for the ticket prices to go up and then call you back to get the extra fare to finalize the price. All of this while they have charged you - getting back refund is another 2-3 phone calls. Never book - its a scam!

I booked tickets from DEL to MSP (USA), sent the money, and then got a call saying I needed to pay more money - the price went up. They would not give me the tickets at the price quoted, but they took my money. I am having to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Don't use this company. 1.7 lakh rupees out of my hand until they credit my account. Untrustworthy. Customer service was friendly, but unhelpful.

They booked my flight from Delhi to Toronto at around ~66k per ticket. I made the payment and after 2 hours they sent an email that you need to pay ~10k extra per ticket to confirm your flight.
This is a scam. How can you make me pay extra to confirm the flight after the payment is made. Then, they said it will take 5-7 days to get your refund and in their initial email it said it will be returned within 24-48 hours.

Later, they booked me on the same flight and without the extra money when I resisted, but told me that they have booked me on a Group Fare. This means I will not get a Confirmed PNR until 10-12 hours of departure.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM TO SAVE YOUR MONEY and STRESS.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aertrip.
I booked a flight from Bengaluru to Bagdogra and paid ₹19,970. After completing the booking, I received a call from their team asking me to pay an additional ₹3,050, claiming that the fare had been updated and the ticket would only be confirmed after this extra payment. I had no choice but to pay.
What is more frustrating is that later, when I checked for another ticket on the same day and same route, the fare was actually around ₹3,000 cheaper than what I initially paid. This clearly shows inconsistency and lack of transparency in their pricing.
Asking customers for extra payment after booking is unacceptable and feels misleading. This experience has made me lose trust in Aertrip, and I would not recommend it to others.
