I was advertised 1 Gig speeds at an apartment community in Santa Clara, CA but they have hard limited the wifi speeds using router configuration. 36+ hours since complaint raised and no resolution.

At least every three weeks we have outages between 20 and 30 hours, no credit for lack of service. Absolutely do not get this. If you need to rely on it to work from home you’ll be going to Starbucks or other shared office spaces at least once or twice a month. And it is very expensive considering how unreliable it is.

Absolute garbage service. I've had it for 4 weeks and there have been 5 days of outages spread out in that time. Complete outages with no connection and support is beyond useless if you can even get one on chat or on the phone which is near impossible. Also way more expensive than previous providers I've used.

I’m giving Aerwave 1 star because their internet service has been extremely disappointing. I signed up for the 1 GB download plan, but the speeds are nowhere near what is advertised. The connection is constantly slow, unreliable, and makes it difficult to stream, work, or even browse without issues. When you pay for a gigabit plan, you expect consistent high-speed performance, not constant buffering and lag. Unfortunately, Aerwave has not delivered on their promise, and I highly recommend them based on my experience.
