Item arrived with wood split so have not used, contacted customer support and advised they were contacting warehouse, chased and nothing since.
Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing.
After reading went and hung shoe horn from magnet and agree is not strong enough and falls off very easily.

This is a chinese firm pretending to be Swedish. The shoehorn was OK but not worth what I paid for it. The 3M self-adhesive tape is not what was advertised as being able to be repositioned. The wood is very lightweight. Product was made in China and dispatched from China. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I ordered the magnetic shoehorn in February. It is over six weeks later and I still have not received it. I have emailed the company and been given the run around, including receiving various responses stating that the item was “in transit,” that it was delivered to an address in another state, and that it was “in transit” again. Awful company!

About as Swedish as chow mein

I wrote a 1-star review and it is yet to appear. Maybe it's gone 'missing'. Or maybe it'll take as long to appear as my cheap Chinese mass-produced magnetic holder shoe horn took to arrive. So I'll reiterate my reasons for giving it a 1-star review. In short, the magnet was too weak to hold the shoe horn. It's crap. The shoe horn is made in China and has never seen the Swedish light of day. When you ask for a refund Aeska offer you a 30% discount allowing you to keep the shoe horn, which is now.. just a shoe horn. The company says 'many customers' choose this option, which speaks volumes about the product. And the company. Caveat emptor.

Really poor product, the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the shoehorn to the wall it keeps falling off. Due to delivery timescales I also think this was direct from China and nothing to do with the Swedish back story that initially peaked my interest. I hope people read the reviews prior to making a purchase and save their money! Paid £34 I’ve found the exact same one on Amazon for £9.70! Absolute scammers!!!

Wouldn’t buy again

The shoe horn is good looking. It is made from timber (albeit not the colour I was expecting) but it’s not well made and don’t think it’s worth the price even with 50% off.

Save your money - Shocking quality

Waited weeks for delivery and the quality of what I received was shockingly poor. The magnet that the shoe horn attaches to is not strong enough to hold the shoe horn. For the £34 I spent, I would warn everyone to save your money and avoid.

Aeska = Instagram Scam
Aeska is straight-up scamming people on Instagram. Their ads are packed with AI-generated videos designed to look premium and “Scandinavian,” but it’s all fake marketing.
What you actually get is cheap, mass-produced Chinese products you can find elsewhere for a fraction of the price. They’re just rebranding generic items and slapping a fake design story on top to justify insane markups.
There is nothing authentic or “Scandinavian” about this brand. It’s all smoke and mirrors, built to trick people scrolling Instagram.
If you look closely, everything about their presence screams dropshipping: over-polished ads, vague company info, and zero transparency about where the products really come from.
Bottom line: This is not a premium brand — it’s a marketing scam.

We do work with carefully selected manufacturers to keep our products accessible in terms of price, which is standard practice across most consumer brands worldwide. We are fully transparent about who we are and our customer support team is always reachable for anyone with questions or concerns.

2 week lead time, still waiting...

Waited 11 days since placing an order for a shoehorn.
Still no tracking information.
No update or communication from Aeska.
I emailed customer service asking for an update, received a generic response explaining that 'tracking information can take time to update during transit'. Not really an explanation. Did not expect to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

Don't be fooled: it's Chinese, not Swedish.

No updates since I ordered 1 month ago. No customer support and later found it this is a Chinses based business that has nothing to do with Sweden.

Unfortunately there are many cheap copies out there that may give a different impression, and we have together with our factory sent in multiple cease and desist orders against them. Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Mass produced tatt sent from China and not as they imply Scandinavia. Took an age to be delivered and still showing as in transit, but at least its in the UK now
