Aesthetics lab is an amazing clinic with great facilities state of the art technology and fabulous service , I had an amazing experience have bought gift vouchers for friends and love their packages , it’s the perfect place for self care you are in good hands . Very knowledgeable staff well experienced which is what you want in a Medispa .

Treatment was Exceptional. The massage was amazing. After the treatment I felt like new. I really loved everything about the clinic!!!

Poor outcome from Cool sculpting! I attended one of their evenings that was promoting the Cool Sculpting procedure. During a long consultation lasting about 2 hours, alcohol and loads of drawing on me, photos and weighing me (70kg), then I was told the price list!! They were trying to get me to pay over £15k for stomach, arms and inner thighs. I’m not rich like the clientele that clearly go here, I work in health care for vulnerable people, so I felt completely out of my depth and as though I’d just wasted 2 hours of this therapists time. I said there was no way I could afford these prices but she was quite persistent and went to get me another Prosecco! I was shown loads of impressive photos of other people and was asked to think about my main problem area so this wasn’t a totally wasted experience as this was a one night only discount offer, it was the hard sell. My inner thighs are problematic they rub and hurt especially in the summer. I was told that I had amazing skin and could expect amazing results all the while saying there’s no guarantee. After another Prosecco was given to me I agreed and negotiated a price of £2500 just for inner thighs, over £300 off what they originally wanted. I paid and left feeling really hopeful that one area of my body might be one less problem in life to have to worry about. However when I got home I realised that when I looked on their website they completely failed to tell me at the time I was about to pay that there are absolutely NO refunds given if you change your mind. I had an awful feeling but tried to remain positive. Anyway I had the treatment done about 3-4 weeks later. I followed the guidelines but was numb for over 2 months, they said it would only last 3 weeks. It didn’t bother me much but I could see and feel there was absolutely no difference month after month. I just knew I had wasted a colossal amount of money for nothing. I don’t know why I bothered but I returned to the clinic for the 3 month follow up 3rd March 2020 more photos and weighed again (69kg). The therapist then took some time to find a before and after photo that showed any difference and then showed me a photo that showed the most minuscule difference of a few millimetres. I just couldn’t bare to look at the photos any longer and got dressed. The therapist could see how devastated I was and she offered to speak to management to see if there was anything else they could offer me free from charge as I had invested all this money for virtually no meaningful result and that they’d be in touch by the end of the week. I’ve heard nothing since. I’ll just put this experience in the bin where this treatment belongs. As I’ve been on my own diet and weight loss journey I cannot really ever know if the few millimetres difference was due to this horrifically expensive and ineffective treatment or just down to me. I’d never recommend this to anyone. Biggest mistake of 2019.

Great experience!

Had a facial done at the Aesthetics Lab. The beautician and staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and were sure to put me at ease and answer all my questions however silly they might have sounded to them. Lovely. Would recommend.

Best clinic in London!!

I found this clinic about two years ago and I haven't been anywhere else since then. I have done a range of treatments (Laser Hair Removal, Cellulite, Facials, etc) and have always been extremely satisfied with the results I obtained (they have the latest equipment and treatments).

My therapist, Lucia, is highly skilled and very professional. Instead of trying to sell a general package of treatments (as it happens in most of the clinics), she sits down with me in order to plan the months ahead and discuss the combination of treatments that would work best for my specific case. It's thanks to her that I obtained amazing results so
I am super glad to have her as my therapist!!

I have chosen Aesthetics Lab because I knew Lucia is an expert in coolsculpting. I have been searching ahead for experts in this field. She is one of the first aesthetician that has been trained in the UK for this treatment and she has so much knowledge about the whole procedure. I found it that she is very honest and realistic about achievable results. I am very happy about the outcome. It exactly matches what Lucia predicted. The service was outstanding. Absolute BEST in non-surgical treatments! It's a pampering experience through and through. The girls are all experts in their field and they are all so sweet too! I've had a couple of their treatments - coolsculpting did wonders for my "rolls" and the facials have always left me feeling glowing! Can't wait to be back!
