The tracking number I was provided didn’t show that the watch had shipped, so I reached out to the support team who responded quickly and confirmed it was shipped on time, and the watch arrived soon after. The watch itself exceeded all of my expectations and I am extremely happy with it, especially considering the price. The sapphire crystal looks great, and the lapis dial is beautiful.

I purchased a Terra Charoite and the purple is brilliant, but the bottom part of the dial is covered in a black colored stone due to variation. So the dial looks terrible. I understand there will be variations, but this is something certainly multiple people would have looked at during the production process, and all approved. I get the feeling they were just hoping I would not send it back. Unfortunately, due to shipping errors I got the watch after the 30 days had already gone by upon receipt of the package at my post office, and since this company is in China and the shipping is a huge hurdle, that's not worth maneuvering quite frankly. I am just going to give this watch away. I have a couple of the Shards, which look nice, but I will never purchase another stone dial from them again. I still simply cannot believe they would ship a dial out that looked so terrible.

What a super company Aethelsohn are! I have bought two watches from them and have more on order. They have quickly become my favourite manufacturer and I have a large collection! The watches are utterly beautiful. The dial is the star of the show and I literally have never seen better. To top it all, their watches are incredibly good value and their customer service is superb. I have written to them twice and on both occasions I received a reply in less than an hour and I was 100% satisfied with their response. They are a fantastic company and deserve to succeed.

It’s been over 19 days and I still haven’t received the watch. You provide no updates on shipping and I bought this watch for a vacation. Now I am on the vacation with no watch and I won’t be back for almost 2 weeks. Was a waste of time and money and I will be refunding the watch once I receive it.

I am the proud owner of an Aethelsohn Blue Shard. In my opinion, this watch is worth twice what they're asking for it. The finishing, materials, the PT5000 movement, and of course the 3D dial, all hitting well above their weight class at this price range.
This is my first PT5000, and I can say the wind is smooth, but it's not an NH35 just 7 good turns and you oughta be good to go don't overwind it.
I love the attention to detail on this watch. The line down the center of the branding is perfectly aligned with the line down the center of the 12 o'clock indices, and right on down through the axis of the hands and the 6 o'clock indices. Extreme precision. The light blue metallic/slightly purple hued inner track really adds a mystical, icy glow around that crystal icicle shard pattern dial. The blue lume is more than sufficient for this style of watch, and only adds to the value proposition thereof. There is a lot of clarity to the crystal for viewing the dial, as well as through the display case back. The polishing on the hands and indices adds even more shimmer to that dial. If you're not looking to get noticed, don't wear this watch.
This watch wears very comfortably on my 7.25" wrist, and I think it would suit a range of wrist sizes. It can be worn with either dress clothes or street clothes effectively. The finishing, particularly on the underside of the clasp where it counts, seems almost impervious to wear. The micro-adjust is very nice, though I sheepishly admit it took me a minute to figure it out.
I cannot overemphasize the beauty of the dial, and I cannot say enough how much I believe Aethelsohn watches to be worth far more than the asking price. I think it would be wise to buy their watches now while they are this price, because who knows what the future holds. Compare this watch to pretty much any watch you bought on AliExpress. Compare this watch to some of your microbrand watches you've paid $400-$1,000 for. Check out some videos and pictures online. I'm sure you'll be able to discern the truth for yourself. You're an intelligent person. After all, you are a watch person...

Absolutely stunning watch for the price. Excellent service and delivery time was a lot quicker than I was expecting. If you see a watch that you like from this brand I wholeheartedly recommend.

I have ordered three of these watches now. They are incredibly good, especially for the price,. I even put in a special request for a certain design of charoite dial and they are helping me with it.

I purchased the Aethelsohn Terra Starstone on a whim. I found them by chance while surfing for watch brands. What surprised me were the specs they had for under $300! A PT 5000 movement with all the trimmings is insane! When I actually received the Starstone, I was really impressed with the build quality. It just draped over my wrist and is a true daily driver. I posted a "review" on Reddit and gave it a 9/10. I took a point off for the bracelet, which I felt wasn't very finished. I had that watch on for 2 weeks straight and it has performed very well. Just +5 seconds over 2 weeks is excellent. Then, I ordered the Terra Charoite and the Terra Tiger Iron. I received the Charoite yesterday, so haven't test driven it yet. But, here is the interesting observation: Aethelsohn actually improved the bracelet. The finishing was superb and no sharp edges like the Starstone. That tells me that they read the forums and take action on feedback that is given. I'm a fan! And I think they will give Phoibos a run for the money in a couple of years if they keep raising the bar.
