I sent an email complaining about the shoddy goods received which bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos that accompanied the Facebook advert. They did reply the next day pointing out to me that the advert did state that the item was a "printed sweater" made of polyester. They also said that their company policy was not to issue refunds on goods bought while in a SALE! Therefore, I will not be able to return the goods to them or to receive a refund. I have been well and truly stung! Please, everyone, do not buy goods from this unscrupulous company. They use deliberately misleading photographs that look like knitted top-quailty jumpers that they say are usually priced at £199.99!!! Then they say they are only £34.95 in their sale, but if you buy 2 you will get a 10% discount. They also say they are selling fast! Well, I can kiss goodbye to the £62.92 I paid for 2 of these "printed sweaters" - actually just T-shirts! I won't be fooled again.
DO NOT USE AETHER LONDON.

Would give no stars. Order not delivered after 2 weeks (Christmas jumper). Asked for refund as tracker stated “goods with airline” after 2 weeks. In China. Pathetic excuse about sometimes goods have to come from abroad.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOWER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The website appears to be a scam. My order was never dispatched and no reply from customer services. Am seeking a refund from my bank. Avoid.

Scam. The item delivered was not what was in the picture and description. AVOID THIS SITE.

Scam website taking your money on basis of closing down with 80% discounts 'last 4 remaining', instant dispatch if ordered before 2359 that day. E'mails says order being 'worked on' - 4 days later not dispatched. Contact to them is not acknowledged. Somewhere in US. Contact your bank immediately and they will probably refund. DO NOT BE CONNED LIKE I WAS! Update 27 Nov - bank has refunded my money but I have now received repeated e:mails from them offering me firstly 10% reduction, then 20% to keep order in place and receive any jumper of similar design/colour. Hopeless!! Amazingly their writer is 'Joy of Aether'.

Awful company, persistently emailing the hard sell.
