Affiliated Utilities Avis

Fiona was great in resolving an issue with our new contract. I would recommend

Persistence pays off

Thanks Fiona for your efforts

Fiona was excellent in helping our company when a utility provider that we were meant to go with did not port us over and we were left on out of contract rates with our current supplier. Not only did she negotiate a new contract but was able to backdate the contract with the current supplier. Very proactive and approachable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fiona at Affiliated Utilities has done a first class job. Would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Fiona at Affiliated Utilities has gone above and beyond, she has helped us save a huge amount of money so far with the prospect of more savings to come, even with our situation being more tricky than some. She has kept us updated throughout the whole process and made it all so easy.

A breath of fresh air !!
I dealt with Fiona who listened.....
She accessed my needs, went away to do her homework with who was the best fit for us as a company and came back with a cracking deal.
She was chatty, diligent and I could highly recommend
Thank you

Fiona was very helpful and took the initiative in writing a thorough complaint to a supplier. She has been very proactive and thorough in her pricing too.

We have been working with Fiona of Affiliated Utilities for a number of years. Our experience in dealing with her has been second to none. Her willingness to sort issues out and ensure that we have enough information to make informed decisions regarding our utilities providers has made a positive impact on our organisation.

Gabriela has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's been incredibly proactive, professional, and persistent in helping us resolve a particularly challenging utility issue. Throughout the process, she kept us well informed, continued to push for answers, and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the matter.

Her dedication, patience, and willingness to challenge inconsistencies have been greatly appreciated. It was also lovely to finally put a face to a name!

Thank you, Gabriela, for all your hard work and support. It's been a pleasure working with you.

Affiliated Utilities helped us save a huge amount of money. We had a fairly unique situation at our hotel, taking over from the previous owners with a brand new company, and it created real complications with our utility contracts. Other brokers we approached wrote our case off immediately. Fiona at Affiliated Utilities went above and beyond, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and managed to backdate contract rates over several months before moving us onto a new contract. 10/10 service. Utility companies must dread seeing an email from her land in their inbox.

Fiona Shorrick did all the hard work to get us the best possible business rate. Her hard work, efficiency and great customer care made the process so easy

Fiona, was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. She also pushed hard to get the best deal we could and then executed paperwork swiftly and smoothly. Thank you Tim

My dealings are mostly with Chantelle - she is a pleasure to deal with.
We have some very tricky utility issues and Chantelle is on hand to assist with her calm manner and expertise.
She has extensive knowledge within the utility industry and that for me has been invaluable.
Well done Chantelle..!

I recently had an urgent matter arise on one of my housing developments and needed support quickly. I was passed on to Fiona by Harriet, who understood the urgency and was very helpful. Fiona at Affiliated Utilities went above and beyond to help resolve everything within a single afternoon, which made a significant difference to the project.
Throughout the process, Fiona was professional, friendly and highly responsive. She took ownership of the issue, communicated clearly and made what could have been a stressful situation feel straightforward and manageable.
Excellent customer service can be difficult to find, and Fiona’s dedication and positive attitude really stood out. A huge thank you to Fiona, Harriet and the team at Affiliated Utilities for the support and efficiency shown — it was genuinely appreciated.
Highly recommended — 5 stars.

We have been using Affiliated Utilities for nearly two years now and we wouldn't look at anyone else. They have ensured our energy prices are kept as low as possible and always respond very quickly to any queries. A very professional and trustworthy company to use.

I recently worked with Fiona and the team at Affiliated Utilities as part of a competitive gas procurement exercise for a large residential estate.

Although we ultimately proceeded with an alternative supplier arrangement, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and transparency shown throughout the process.

Fiona took the time to explain the quotations in detail, challenge assumptions where appropriate and ensure we had a clear understanding of the costs, contract terms and associated risks before making a decision. Communication was always prompt, courteous and informative.

The tender process was handled professionally from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Affiliated Utilities to other property managers, managing agents and businesses seeking support with utility procurement and energy management.

Thank you again to Fiona and the wider team for their assistance.

Fiona is just awesome. She’s always on hand to guide you through the switch. Also managed to save quite a bit by going with her prices . Highly recommended
