We decided to go with Affinion because of the good reviews they had. We weren't disappointed. We were going to handle the process ourselves and so we gathered all the paperwork but the initial HMRC form looked like a huge mountain to climb and so we contacted Mark Stephens at Affinion and they took it from there. Mark was extremely efficient in getting the required documents off to NewLaw and our assigned solicitor, Sophie Higgins. We had to push a little with Sophie but she clearly did a good job on both the HMRC form and the probate application as we received grant of probate in just under 4 months. We had been warned that the process could take 6 to 8 months to complete and so we were delighted that ours took less than 4 months from start to finish.

Getting Affinion Probate to help me apply for a grant of probate for my late husband’s estate was the best decision I did in a stressful and difficult time. One less thing to think about. Thank you so much for your excellent service and expertise.
