Sometimes he makes suggestions that helps improve my business. Everyone I have talked to have been professional.

Looking for a logo design online, I ran across an ad and got connected with Alvin McCormick at Affinity. In doing so I also discovered they design web sites as well. I plan to continue using Affinity in the future. My logo turned out great. Thanks Alvin!

I paid affinity design hub 8 grands that is not a small amount for me. That is month of work and trust that i handed over to Alex who looked me in the eye and promise d to deliver hosting, a client portal and payment integration. And they delivered absolutely nothing. Not one single thing.

I waited. I followed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt over and over again because i am not someone who really gives up easily. But eventually you reach a point where you've to accept that you've been lied. So i ask them for chargeback. And that is when everything got really ugly.

They did not apologize. They didn't explain. They threatened me and told me straight to my face that i would never see that money again. Then they stopped picking up my calls and emails. even though, they blacklisted my whatsapp number like i was some kind of criminal for asking for what i paid for.

I cannot even describe how that felt. To be ignored and intimidated after already losing $8,000 is a level of cruelty I didn't expect from anyone running a so called professional business or agency.

So I started researching. And what I found made my stomach drop. AFFINITY DESIGN HUB and LEGACY DESIGN HUB are the same operation. same person behind both of them and the pattern is identical across both names. They take your money upfront, they disappear, and the moment you push back they turn on you. I am not the only person this happened to. There are other Americans who lost thousands of dollars to this exact same scheme.

This is not a company that made mistakes or bit of more then it could chew. This is a deliberate SCAM running under 2 different names to avoid accountability. Please don't ever try to work with them. And if they've already taken money from you please report them to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and the FBI at ic3.gov because that is exactly what this is. Fraud. Plain and simple.

That conversation clear a vision from my Mobile app. With Alex, he's understand and fixing the main core. What I'm looking for, talking about development side they knows everything, the Important thing were already handled before live, whole experience was sustain and more refined. That build says something especial.

Animation focuses too much on visual and misses how the message comes across. Alex handled my idea and listen everything. Now Video was traying to communicate a different concept to engage overall design presences, well innovative well organized.

I paid $7,000 to this so called AFFINITY DESIGN HUB for a website and domain hosting. I got nothing. No website, no domain, no files, not even a draft. Their agent Alex and his project manager Jerry were both very responsive and professional before i paid. After the payment went through I never heard from any of them properly again. just excuses for weeks and then complete silence.
I have been chasing this for months now and still have nothing to show for it. No refund, no response. Seven thousand dollars completely wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If ALEX contacts you about web services do not pay them anything upfront. This is a SCAM operation and I am posting this so others do not go through what i went through.
