Got my full reversed funds back
I recently had an issue with a reversed transaction that left me genuinely worried about whether I would receive my money back. Over the past week, the situation became quite tense, but throughout the process the team remained professional and reassuring each time I reached out, consistently promising that the matter would be resolved.
Today, I’m grateful to say that I received the full amount back exactly on the day they promised. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and commitment shown in handling the situation. It truly means a lot to me.

Incorrect response
I received over 7 emails asking me to go update my profile on the App, on logging in, there was no place to do so. I contacted the help desk, after 24 hours they responded with a link to update which still did not work! I had to reach out again and upload the proof of my address!

First time trying to make use of…
First time trying to make use of Africhange, turns out to be my biggest disappointment, I did a test trying funding of my account with 100$ using email payment from my CIBC account, it went successfully then , I funded $300 since morning hasn’t arrived up till this moment
