I had a fantastic experience with After Diamonds. Their customer service is truly immaculate. The team is incredibly attentive and responds to emails almost immediately, which I really appreciated.
I purchased a lovely necklace from them, and although I absolutely loved it, it just didn’t sit quite right on me. I needed to return it, and they were amazing throughout the whole process. The return and refund were handled so smoothly, absolutely no problem at all.

Stunning Necklace
The picture does not do this beautiful necklace justice. It arrived the day after I placed the order packaged beautifully complete with an insurance valuation certificate. The initial with the inlaid diamonds is absolutely stunning and I am sure my granddaughter will love it as much as I do. I bought it for her 16th birthday present and I could not be more pleased with the product or the service.

My experience with After Diamonds was excellent. The first necklace I ordered whilst beautiful, wasn’t quite what I wanted. I engaged with customer services and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged the return and offered an exchange. The second item was just what I wanted. I can’t thank the team enough for their care and assistance. My purchase from after diamonds had to be made by their craftsmen i was told it could take up to 4-5weeks i had an email around the 3rd week saying it had been sent via royal mail fully insured arrived the following morning it is a beautiful piece of jewellery I'm so glad I put my trust in after diamonds
