Eternity Ring purchase/service
I made a call to after diamonds after seeing there diamond Eternity rings on line I was was told it could take upto 3 weeks as it wasn't in stock so i ordered an hour later Ordered 27/11/2025 in time for christmas recieved an email 17/12/2025 and delivered by 1pm next day
The ring was definitely worth the wait looks fantastic and at half the price i would pay for similar locally
These guys are on the end of the phone if needed or quick to respond by email to any queries

Wrong metal sent
I ordered a gold necklace for my daughter’s Christmas present and they sent silver.
Christmas Eve, I had to pay £1.40 to get the return label printed
and get to the post office before it closed

I can see that the item was sent in the wrong metal, with a white gold option dispatched instead of yellow gold. I sincerely apologise for this error. As soon as this was raised, we offered to exchange the item free of charge and also offered a refund for the return postage cost, and I can see that your order has now been cancelled and fully refunded.
I would also like to reassure you that the correct yellow gold item is in stock and can be exchanged and sent back out to you within 1 working day at no additional cost.
We understand how inconvenient this must have been, particularly on Christmas Eve, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.
