I have used Afterglow for a few years now, I would not use anyone else.
From fixing boiler issues , replacing parts, or a general service on the boiler, to installing a HIVE thermostat.
Have used this company at two different addresses now, and should I move again , they will be the company I will use

Recently used Afterglow Heating for a routine boiler service after a recommendation. Steve was excellent throughout - good communication, efficient on the day, and went above and beyond to help with another plumbing issue unrelated to the boiler. Will definitely be using Steve's services in the future.

Just had our annual gas safe appointment with Afterglow Heating. As usual, a quick and professional visit, leaving us with reassurance that everything was working as it should.

Steve has been looking after the heating system at my mother's house for many years. Excellent service and has gone above and beyond expectations on several occasions.

Steve reminded me that I needed to get my boiler serviced and was more than happy to help me with fixing the toilet .. a man who is reliable, trustworthy and always willing to help...appreciate all he does.

Arrived on time and went about the boiler service.
Also showed me how to re-pressurize the boiler for the next time when the pressure dips to red.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from Steve and Pete. Both extremely professional from quote to installation. My new boiler and unvented tank was installed in the time they said with minimal mess and disruption. 10/10

I can’t recommend Steve at afterglow heating enough. He took out our old boiler and the tanks in the airing cupboard and loft and installed a combi boiler and shower for us. He was absolutely amazing…very curtious, tidy and super helpful and we will certainly be using him again for any ongoing needs. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he even responded quickly to an enquiry that I had on a Sunday evening.

Steve was proactive and friendly in keeping me up to date throughout the process from quote to fitting. There was a supply delay due to issues from the fire’s manufacturer which I was informed of and offered an alternative fire. I decided to await for supply of my original choice and the fire was fitted in the timescale Steve promised. The fitters were friendly, helpful and did a quality job.

Steve contacted us to advise that our boilers annual service was due, and advised when he was available.
On the day of his visit, he contacted me again to advise what we could expect him.
Steve works in a tidy, professional manner, he is always polite and is prompt forwarding the certification to us.
Would recommend and will continue to use in future.
