Wow! What a fantastic, easy experience, top to bottom. A stand-out for me is working with Aakash Thappa for onboarding. What a joy, so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Completely stress-free.

The platform is incredible in that it is accessible and robust. I know I'll never stop learning new ways to push the envelope on how we use it and what we present to our clients.

Migration from our previous reporting platform was a breeze. I was finished before the due-date I set, and I was able to implement it on my own, allowing my colleagues to focus on other projects.

Any of the small questions that came up were answered almost immediately by the AA team, and in some instances, adjustments were even made to the platform on the spot. And with regard to enhancements, I'm delighted to see that updates are implemented on a rapid fire regular basis. These peeps do not rest on their laurels, always striving to do more better.

We launched the system on the first day of the month, which fell on a Saturday. Completely hitchless. I am thankful for that.

AgencyAnalytics is impressive in every way. So thrilled and happy we made the switch!

Customer service is responsive and informative, always answering questions and walking through how to do things with ease. The tool is also an incredible asset to our agency.

Beware of Agency Analytics' Unethical Billing Practices

Attention all agencies...If you're a marketing agency considering Agency Analytics, think twice. Their billing practices are deceptive. I just discovered even after deleting client campaigns from their platform, (your dashboard) they continue to charge you as if those clients are still active. This isn't a simple oversight—it's a pattern.

Customer support provides no real solutions, just excuses. Instead of adjusting your billing based on actual usage, they force you to jump through hoops to stop being charged for clients you no longer manage. However, the information describing that particular protocol on how to do that is not forthcoming on their website....

I equated it to this example: It's like removing or pausing a Google Ads campaign but then Google continues to charge you even after you removed/deleted/paused your campaign...That's just not how it works and again is unacceptable for any SaaS company, especially one serving agencies that rely on accurate reporting and fair pricing.

If you value transparency and ethical business practices, look elsewhere. There are better alternatives that won’t nickel-and-dime you for services you aren’t using.

Update (Feb 26, 2025): We've added an in-app warning when any user attempts to removes a client: "Your subscription will not change: An admin can make subscription changes via the billing dashboard". That'll ensure all users are 100% informed on how their subscription works.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion with your subscription - billing surprises are the last thing we want. I've personally reviewed your chat history with our team, to ensure we're treating users fairly.

I see we applied a full refund within 2hrs of you flagging this to us, after we confirmed exactly when you'd removed the clients.

For clarity: You choose the plan and features your team can use, and from there your team can use everything up to those limits. If your team removes a keyword or a client, it gives them space to add others within the limits you've chosen. This is similar to a cloud storage plan, where you choose the amount of storage space you need (and deleting a file gives you more space within your chosen plan).

I've checked this is clear in our help documentation (specifically when learning how to remove a client), and in our terms. We'll look for other ways to make this visible, and I'll share this case with our customer-facing team so we can recognize and act quickly if it comes up again.

+3 Years Of Using AgencyAnalytics–10/10 Platform & Great Service.

I've used AgencyAnalytics for the past 3 years for reporting, and this is an A+ platform. I love the modular feel of the dashboard-building process, as it allows me to tailor my reporting to each client's specific needs. Additionally, for any issues I've encountered or any time I get stuck, their support team is amazing & is always very helpful.

Agency Analytics support with Service Titan connection.

I needed help linking our Agency Analytics account with a client's Service Titan account. As you may know, ST isn't the most connection-friendly platform. However, in a matter of minutes, the Agency Analytics support team had us connected and data was flowing!

Would not recommend, proceed with caution…

I'm definitely in the middle with these guys. The product looks great but they continually seem to have issues. Every time I look into the site auditor within a campaign I'm met with issues and errors that dont exist on the site.

The major problem is you waste so much time going back and forth with the support chat team, if you are lucky a problem may be fixed but I've noticed a good 75+% of my tickets have to be sent to higher support which then takes 24 - 48 hours before you get an update.

We were told of a few issues they were having after our trial ended (they did refund us) however, now we are paying again the same issues seem to be appearing.

UPDATE 26-11-2024
Tickets are starting to be forgotten about again, we reminded them a few days after we created the ticket to which we were told they were waiting for a reply from their engineers. Over 3 weeks has passed now and we are still waiting. Higher support and managers have been looped into the ticket and no one is coming back with an answer to generic question about one of their testing tools.

Overall score has dropped to 2/5, very poor customer services by all departments

Another week later and still no closer to an update, bringing the wait time to over 1 month. The wheels have definitely fallen off Agency Analytics customer support.

More of the same, very long delays on tickets and emails to support managers being forgotten about.

Good product - Bait & Switch pricing

Great product - easy to use and setup. Makes building items very quick and painless. However, they don't have transparency with any of their pricing. No where on their page does it say that they have a minimum campaign purchase. When you go to sign up after testing things, you get hit with a 5 or 10 license minimum which is really frustrating and borderline unethical when it isn't mentioned anywhere else.

Disappointing

Disappointing, signed up a year ago. recently they said hey we have new pricing options. Which they positioned as reduction in costs. I know it sounded too good to be true, and it was, as once you switched over, you found yourself paying for other parts separately and having restrictions on the number of times you could do other items. Zero transparency here. So if like me you're looking for a tool that you can use with your clients. Don't go for the guys that shaft you, after all you then have to go to your client and say oh we're changing systems. Just don't us the shady company to start with. AVOID!

Although if you're the user I found in our system, it looks like we've already solved this problem for you (and you're back on your previous plan with a full refund of the difference).

We've allowed all existing users to stay on their older plan. The new pricing can be much cheaper for some users (because it's far more flexible), although for others it makes more sense to stay on your legacy plan. Our team is always happy to advise on the best option before you switch. When upgrading or making any billing changes, you'll also find a clear overview of what you'll pay on the right side of screen before you accept your changes.
