Excellent company. I have used this company twice for my boiler service and they are fast and efficient. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will continue to use for all my central heating repairs/service. Highly recommended.

I turn to AG Fraser every year for 'Boiler Service' - always on-time, trustworthy and old boiler still going strong. Thanks AG Fraser.

We had Andy and his lad (sorry didn't catch his name) come to do a big job for us on a house we've just bought.

From quotation to completion they were amazing.

During the quotation process, Andy was thorough in checking every piece of equipment, old boiler, water tank, gas lines were secured. He even got on all fours to check what model the boiler was and advise he would check the make as it could contain asbestos, which obviously would be a much more expensive job. Luckily it wasn't.

It was a much more complicated job than I comprehended as our gas and electric lines are in a cupboard under the bathroom so the pipes need to be re-routed over the front door through the kitchen and up through front bedroom and back the cupboard where wanted the new boiler to go.

The job was done in July where we had those searingly hot days, they turned up early and worked non-stop without a brew or anything till around 4pm.

This also included ripping an old water tank out and also getting into the attic to put a flue in. The communication with Paul re contractors was exceptional, nothing a bother.

Given the house is quite old, we also got a radiator flush, which according to Andy was grim haha. I am not surprised either.

If you ever buy an old house and need to upgrade to a combi boiler and have the old water tank out, these are the guys. Didn't leave a scrap of mess and worked non-stop.

We need some upgrades to our radiators in the next few months and they will be the ones I call.

The engineer came on time. Was polite and did a thorough job

No hot water or heating on thurs, ag fraser were able to rearrange their day to come on the fri. Fault was identified and fixed by nathan in no time. He couldnt have been more helpful! Excellent value for money. I felt they went above and beyond for me and i would highly recommend!

Nathen is very friendly and helpful for my home issues. He patient and take care our request and needs.

Paul is really good communicated with customers and very nice.

Turned up on time and very pleasant (Andy and Jack) and accommodating for extra work on site (charged extra a bit over a the odds ) but the work was carried out professionally and efficiently to a very high standard Highly recommended and will use again if required no hesitation.
