I ordered a gift for my daughter to surprise her with, not for a special occasion, but just because I love her so much! After I had finished customizing my order and submitted it, for an amazing price which was awesome, I then got the most amazing and wonderfully written email confirmation for my order! This was no ordinary email confirmation, it was full of happiness and humor and sincere appreciation for my purchase! I let them know what a difference that email made compared to how other companies are and they did not disappoint, because the amazing customer service continued throughout the process as I waited to receive my order! The product I ordered was beautifully crafted and quality made! It will definitely be a keepsake for my daughter to cherish always! Definitely buy from this company, it will be a wonderful experience that you’ll never forget

This company is a scam. I ordered 6 ornaments, which were pictured to appear as if they were 3D. They were not! I paid $21.99 for each ornament, (which was more than I paid for beautiful ornaments from a department store), so they were priced to match what they misrepresented to be of high quality. What arrived was flat, scratched, ugly plastic ornaments. Company will not refund my money.

This was the most disappointing bull crap I've ever ordered. The website makes the ornaments look 3D. They're not. I could've made this myself for about $5. So disappointing i effing cried.

I ordered two carry bags for respiratory therapists that looked great on the site. I got them and the print is smudged and some is impossible to read.
I emailed the company and they replied that everything goes through strict review.
I emailed them with pictures of the problems and haven't heard anything from them again.
Pretty disappointed even more so since these are presents.

The ornaments were absolutely perfect!
Customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend this company.

The finished product is absolutely beautiful it is crystal clear with good clarity and looks exactly like the picture submitted.

I ordered one ornament of a family gathering and it was so wonderful I then ordered additional ones for each of my girlfriends to commemorate a fun girl's trip we just had. Fantastic way to create a momento of a wonderful event. The company is also super easy to reach and very responsive with any questions or concerns.

CHEAP AND TACKY!!!! I ordered a christmas ornament that appeard on the website to be three dimensional. It was nothing more than a photo printed on a piece of plastic. This is a complete ripoff. DON'T DO IT!!

Product did not have the engraving that I requested.
I ordered 2 key chains & 2 ornaments & 4 very small gift boxes & paid $117.83 for everything.
I received the order 3 weeks later.
(1) the key chains were not a set of 2 like it's shown on their website, it was just 1 single key chain
(2) gift boxes were very small, could only hold 1 key chain
(3) the 2 ornaments were small & 1 was not engraved as requested
(4) I immediately emailed them on October 8th, they responded on October 9th & told me to check the product again because there is a protective film on each of their products, I checked again & emailed a 2nd time to tell them that no protective film are on any of the products I received
(5) I received a 3rd email from them on October 10th telling me to check the product again for the protective film, this irritated me, so I sent them a 4th email telling that "no, I am checking the product again & to refund me the $19.99 I PAID for the keychain
(6) I got a response on October 15th saying they would send me a replacement, I said no, give me a refund
(7) on October 19th, I emailed them again asking for my refund, no response.
(8) I had to email them 3 more times before they responded & said they would give my refund
(9) on November 10th, still no refund, I emailed them again, that's when they finally gave me back my money.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE OVERPRICED, CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE IS POOR & IT TAKES WEEKS BEFORE YOU GET A REFUND!

I purchased a “customized” Christmas ornament from “A Gift Customized. Com” in September 2025. The impression I had from the site description was that my granddaughter’s face image would be superimposed on a gymnast’s pose.

I received the ornament and it was only an ornament of the photo I uploaded. No gymnastics theme.

When I contacted their Customer Service (they don’t offer a phone option which is a big problem), they coldly stated that it was my error and their policy was no refund or correction.

They showed zero customer service empathy or consideration. No offer to replace the ornament.

I recommend that nobody use this company for their customer ornaments. You are taking a big risk.

I wish I could give minus stars just to write review. Everyone please DO NOT FALL for this scam. If you still want to order something then probably order one year in advance because there is no possibility that you will receive your package. And don’t even ask for refund, because if you will not get it..you know why because according to their policy you cannot get refund if you receive package within a year..please do not call for the product as well..the quality is pathetic and the size is not as per description.DO NOT WASTE your money .

Given 2 different tracking numbers for a gift that was ordered 4-28-25 no gift received yet. Nothing but a run around beware of this company save your money

My wife and I are in our 80's. Recently she was diagnosed with Lukemia (which right now is in remission). More recently I was diagnosed with lung cancer. Not sure yet but believe it too will be in remission. I ordered the Sun Catcher that has an elderly couple sitting in their porch chairs looking at the sunset. The caption says: "You and Me, we got this." It is personalized with our names and hangs in a prominent place where we see it often during the day. The product is high quality and the purchase and shipping process was flawless. I highly recommend this company.

I took a little while longer than expected but my order was spot on. Not only was it exactly like advertised it was a huge success. Well done and thank you

This is an amazing company. My wife and I lost our infant son in 2023, and I bought a bracelet from them with his picture on it. It took a while to receive it, but that is because they take their time to insure that they are sending you the best possible quality for your money. I definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Description of complaint:
Ordered my husband a Valentines present paid for expedite shipping which was about $40 itself five dollars for a special box just so I didn’t have togo out and get one last minute. My purchase totaled about $69. Ended up getting my husband‘s Valentine’s Day present on February 24. Why pay for expedited if you’re not gonna get it fast. And also items too small for my husband to even wear. I gotta I’m sorry here’s a 15% discount for your next purchase. Hate tell you I’ll never purchase from there again and I will be letting everyone know.
Do not buy from this company!!!

The bracelet is of great quality in design, communication with the seller was prompt and immediate, and the time to ship it to me was reasonable. My husband order a bracelet for his sister back in December. We still haven’t received it. Emailed the company and they said it was delivered. I call BS. I check our mail everyday. No one at the company will help me with this matter. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Had a problem with inscription on. bracelet They graciously redid it with wording that fit better. It came out perfectly beautiful better than I could expect. Great customer service to offer me that no additional charge. Followed up with me. Would refer

Absolutely horrible it had been close to 20 something days since I ordered it with no updates. So I went into the site and it said delivered a day earlier. When I looked at the address they had the wrong address. Then I took the tracking number and put it into the actual carrier service they said they used USPS and the tracking number through USPS doesn’t exist. After I emailed them they sent me a generic tracking trail. But I went into USPS and doesn’t exist. Now they won’t email me back.
