Adequate.
The claim required a LOT of pages of documentation from the vet (19) to be scanned and emailed (or posted) Then a further delay because they hadn't said up front that they needed confirmation from the vet that I'd already paid.

Unfortunately, with any first claim on a policy, we do request the full clinical history of your pet, sometimes this can be lengthy depending on each pets history and how old your pet may be when the first claim may arise. Very helpful and patient
Very helpful and patient when covering everything the Policy offers. Hopefully we will have a happy and healthy puppy for life and not need Insurance but if their Sales staff is anything to go by I have no doubt the assistance will be there if it is needed.
