Ordered an electric Stihl chainsaw plus ancils and it was delivered 4/5 days later (delayed due to snow). The delivery company was one of the big ones so were pretty good with communication.
Great Pre-Sales service on the phone, the coveralls arrived within 2 days of ordering. I'm sure we will be back when he grows out of these for the next size up.

Item arrived as promised. Not used the jack as of yet as not got another flat. Comes with a solid case and made by a leading brand so no doubt it will perform as required. Stored away in my van ready to use.

No interest in warranty
We bought a shredder (£1400) on line from Agwood which we were told had a two year warranty. After 10 months a badly welded nut came adrift which they agreed was faulty. Agwood said they would fix it but then told us that they only offered a 6 month warranty with on line sales. We should take it to a nearer distributor they said which was still 70 miles away. I've no doubt that is in their small print somewhere although if they sell goods not fit for purpose then really it is their responsibility. We got a local engineer to fix it as it just wasn't worth arguing with them. So be WARNED, these people aren't to be trusted if you buy online and your purchase might not be so easy to fix.

Neil was my main point of contact before I placed an order through to collecting the item. He was very helpful whilst I navigated the on line ordering, ensuring that I filled the order in correctly. I collected the Chainsaw from Linton and Neil showed me how to set up the saw and then advised on additional items that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helped immensely. Would recommend Agwood 100%.
