Great service

We had an issue with our dishwasher, AH appliance repairs reached out to us about the job. We were quickly provided with a technician who came around to examine the issue - he was on time, friendly and quick to spot the problem.

A part needed to be ordered for the repair, and there was a delay with the manufacturing company - not the repair company’s fault. They had open clear communication of when the part could be expected and were apologetic even though they weren’t at fault.

The technician returned to complete the job and was done in under an hour. Couldn’t be happier, and will use again.
