The course itself was really good…
The course itself was really good although some info is a bit outdated. You really need to work on counselor/advisor assitiance, guidance and follow up. My original advisor was is no longer employed, and I did not receive a phonecall or email about it, and I was not assigned to or contacted by someone else. So I was left to myself to guess on what order things should be done, like watch this chapter then read the book chapter or vice versa. That really should be clearly defined and/or emphasized to maximize absorption of the material.
The last thing I didnt like is there was no way to reach anyone after 8-5 business hours, to leave a message or ask questions that could be returned at a later time by someone knowlegeable that could give a real/ specific answers, instead of reading a scripted response by a customer service agent during business hours.

The field training course was very…
The course went well, however customer service to recieve my certificates has been horrible. I expected my certificates at completion of my course. I finished the online course well over 2 weeks ago and the field training was finished Sunday, June 24th. I have not recieved my certificates yet. This is holding up my application to apply for my inspection license in Illinois. I sent an email with no response, I called and was told I would recieve them that afternoon. I never recieved them. I will not use or advise anyone to use this school.

I would recommend providing students with a clear, organized packet at the time of registration. The current email communications can be somewhat confusing, and a structured packet would help set expectations from the start. As someone who prefers checklists and defined guidelines, having an outline of each step required for the class—as well as the steps needed to obtain the license—would be extremely beneficial.
Additionally, the customer support experience could be improved. I waited nearly an hour during normal operating hours to speak with someone, and it took three business days to receive a resolution. Streamlining response times and support processes would significantly enhance the overall student experience.

Very well planned out and laid out course. Modules we not to long and all information was presented simply and plainly with a lot of diagrams to help visualize the concepts being taught.

I completed my course while Steve O’Donnell was doing a majority of the webinars. Course material and delivery was great. I was more than prepared when I went to take my exams which I passed with ease. Webinars were a great supplement to the main course and a great opportunity to ask questions. The practice exams were also good indicators of future success. I completed the practice exams 6 times through AHIT and 3 more through the NHIE app and never made below 86. I enjoyed the course.

Training was a bit overwhelming
Training was a bit overwhelming, I didn't expect that.
I am a 40 year carpenter that has built from the ground up, learned a lot. The web class kept timing me out without warning, not happy with that. No manual provided to follow what was being taught, frustrating.
