Application is useless because impossible to enter actual vessel information (other than fishing boat). Lack of options and customer service nonexistent.

There was a mistake on the application and coverage page. The Agent Jordan called me and was able to fix everything in a matter of 10 minutes. Excellent job!

Getting it right
I was changing coverage for my boat. Went back and forth a few times by email. Then, had two phone calls that straightened everything out and made the most sense. Competent people. Customer driven. Nice job.

I did experience some problems with…
I did experience some problems with processing payment for billing. I called ahead of time to make sure everything was set up and it did not go well for me, but it did eventually could all resolved.

I just signed up for your insurance on our Jeanneau 43DS sailboat. My only issue is that you seem a bit understaffed and I need to wait for call-backs after leaving a message. Beyond that your people seem to be efficient and friendly.
