I order quilted laundry baskets and received flat print basket nothing like what was shown on their website. No help from their customer service! I would not recommend this product!

If I could leave less than one star I would! Please DO NOT order from this company!! It took a month to receive my order. The items were supposed to be cotton blend and quilted. They were neither! Garish colors, screened print, and not one single quilted element. They responded by email, but jerked me around for weeks, slowly increasing a refund offer with each email ( that took days in between to receive), but never getting to the full amount (15%, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) and telling me that if I want to return the items, it would cost me $20! Why would I ever accept less than a full refund when I did not receive what I ordered?!
Fortunately I used PayPal and they awarded me the refund I deserved. This company is nothing less than deceptive and deceitful.

The products in no way match the descriptions provided provided in the videos on their website. They are a scam and extremely dishonest and I would never purchase anything from this site. I purchased laundry baskets that were supposed to be quilted according to the video but what I got was more like burlap with an image printed on it. garbage

The product is falsely advertised as a quilted - it is some sort of cheap looking canvas which is not how it looks in the photographs. Would not purchase again and do not recommend.

Returns are only accepted if in original packaging, unopened, and are shipped at the expense of the buyer.

False advertising as well FROM CHINA read .....on all those pop up ads like swim suits clothes yard items they are all cheaply made and misrepresentation of what you actually get more crap even jewelry like jula sites. BUYER BEWARE and they do not take them back for full refunds.

I ordered a basket that was too large besides the fact that it was not three dimensional or quilted as the pictures illustrate. When I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, I was told it was too expensive to return to China. They don’t stand behind their product. Stay clear of this company.

DO NOT order from these people. The ads they show you online (either through FB or games) is a bait and switch operation. What I ordered was a nice quilted hamper basket. what I got was a basket that was a photo design on the basket of the quilted basket. I don't even want to bother with returning it - cause it will be either very difficult or they'll never respond!!!

The basket is NOT quilted! It is a sham! I paid over $40.00 for a piece of SHIT

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased these laundry bags. They are advertised as quilted, but when I finally received them they turned out to be cheap canvas with printed images.

I tried to return them to no avail, they will not give me a return address label or a refund.

Don't buy these bags! They are fraudulent!

I placed this order in April and I have never received it! There is no phone number to contact their customer service and the email response is not helpful. I have now requested a full refund and they are not responding to that! They are definitely running a SCAM!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The material is canvas and none of it is quilted. The design is printed it looks like it's 3-D on the advertisement, but it is not it is cheaply made and a piece of junk. Do not waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

I have to give it a rating in order to leave a review. But I wouldn’t even give it one star if I had my choice. The ad running is decidedly deceptive. They show one product that is quilted and really nice and when you receive it, it is an extremely cheap poor imitation there is no quilting. The fabric is like waxed burlap . when I tried to compare what was advertised to what I received with the seller, I did not get any satisfaction. Do not believe the ads.

I can’t believe I didn’t check trustpilot before buying. No quilting, no 3 dimensional picture. A total scam!

The item shipped was not quilted as described in their ad.

ZERO stars!! they are clearly stealing pictures of products from other websites and knocking off the products to sell. the product I received is not what I ordered. their "full refund" started with "don't return just use 15% off your next order"... when I said no, they offered "20% of my purchase price" we are in "negotiations. this is horrible. don't buy from them!!

Just like the others who reviewed regarding the quilted bags, what garbage. I wrote saying i wanted a refund, sent pictures. They said I got what I ordered, maybe I could give them to my friends or relatives. I wouldn't even give them to a dog. Out over $60.... lesson learned. Next time I'm going to do some research first.

If I could, I would give this review 0 stars! Do not purchase these bags! You will throw your money away. I ordered 2 quilted laundry bags and what I received is a printed image on canvas of the items I have chosen. It seems their advertisement is AI generated. When I received the tracking #, once my order was shipped, it said it was coming from Yanwen China but when I received the package, it was shipped through Canada Post from Mississauga Ontario! I feel foolish that I fell for this company’s advertisement and with this comment I hope to save someone else’s disappointment. Customer service replied to my complaint, but they make you jump through hoops by sending them proof of the items received without any resolution!

ZERO STARS REALLY...very disappointed, the baskets are not quilted, they are scrappy screen prints. They take forever to ship and when they arrive, hood luck getting the pattern you ordered. I ordered 3 and 2 were not the correct patterns. Still waiting for a response from customer service

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I purchased four laundry baskets for $111. They arrive today weeks later than I expected. They said they were made in the USA on their website. But they were shipped from China. They said they were quilted but none of them are quilted. The fabric is printed, and the print is made to look as if they’re quilted, but they are definitely not quilted. Not what I purchased. Not what I wanted. Now I’m trying to get a refund.

0 stars is more accurate. The product is not as advertised as so many others have mentioned. I am still trying to get my money back, even if I have to pay shipping costs which is a rip off. It’s a polyester basket with a picture of a quilt on it. It is out and out FRAUD!!!
