AIRCLASS, is a SCAM they liars and take people money just like online THIEVES. We had only one lesson as they kept changing and cancelling my sons lessons and I can say it’s just to get your money because you can barely understand. IT IS JUST SCAMS! We also messaged and called a colleague and to mention it to her and she ok she will sort it out. After awhile nothing happened. So we decided we didn’t want AIRCLASS and so we said we would like a refund as it’s just not for my son and that we only had one lesson since we’ve started and so we would like a refund. And can I say when we first contacted AIRCLASS they were being all sweet and kind and patient and was VERY QUICK TO ASK MONEY TO BE SENT AND GET STARTED RIGHT AWAY and that means they wanted the money and now it has lead to the impossible after 3 whole months, 3 whole months and we still HAVE NOT received my MONEY. After contacting, messaging and them saying yes yes we will send it right away. We’ve given them a warning of 1 week and still no money so 3 months and still nothing.However they kept calling to get us to pay more. The money we lost $2700 It’s a SCAM and THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL NEVER RERURN YOUR MONEY TRUST ME they are liars never again and a bad experience

SCAM ALERT!!!! Do not engage with this company. They charged me for 8 tutoring sessions and only delivered 2. Requesting a refund is impossible because they will keep promising refunds without refunding you. I have lost 100's of dollars, don't make the same mistake. I have provided them with all the details and they just keep delaying refunds - read other reviews too and go to their Facebook and LinkedIn pages to see what other people say.
