Established in 1981 we have a large, loyal customer base ranging from some of the biggest companies in the country to some of the smallest. Our customers come from a broad range of industries ranging from food and pharmaceutical to engineering and research. We have a team of service engineers working on customers machines and compressed air installations everyday.

Over priced delivery and waited a month for it to arrive SHOCKING
Over a month for the air filters to arrive and the postage costs are shocking why would anyone charge over £16 to deliver two air filters just a rip off especially when you have to wait over a month for them.

Good morning. Apologies, the supplier had issues delivering to us, we did inform you we were waiting for them, the website also asks you to check the stock levels/lead times with us before ordering if you need something quickly. The carriage charges are made clear on the website before you checkout. We use a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery was attempted on 7th August and you have received notifications from us with tracking and from APC. It is now out for delivery again today. Please ensure someone is there to receive the parcel as they will not leave it.

I got what I ordered on time but…
I got what I ordered on time but unfortunately your carrier was unable to walk up the stairs or use the lift to deliver my very small light package. It was left in the ground floor area which is unmonitored and used by the general public and is not secure. I know this to be correct as I found it when I arrived ito carry out repairs to their compressed air system. Idleness prevails?

Good morning. Thank you for the review. I am pleased your parcel arrived on time. Our courier has time limits on delivering parcels, the address was a shopping centre. I can see from the POD image it was left near your door on a landing. We do have a note box on check out to leave specifics if delivery address is not straightforward. Thank you.
