There's no support at all and it's full of bugs. Doesn't even look like it functions properly. Not even sure if it's a legit company. I think this is the first time I've ever been scammed in my life. Writing this review to hopefully help someone else before they waste their money on a software that doesn't work and service that is non existent.

No recommendation. Air.ai promises a free trial on its website. As soon as you have to create an account, no free trial is offered. Instead, you have to top up at least 23 USD credit. After you have done this and want to perform any action, the credit is already used up, the account is at zero euros and you have to top up new credit. There are no answers to support requests. I don't think the offer is serious.

This company is fraudulent. Has anyone initiated a class action lawsuit? There are plenty of people who were deceived by this company.

Stay away from Air.ai! I made a substantial investment in the platform and haven’t seen any return. They’ve completely failed to fulfill their end of the deal.

Their tech support is absolutely horrible—slow to respond, unhelpful, and often unavailable when you need them most. The service itself frequently underperforms, with constant issues and unreliable performance.

What’s even more concerning is the high turnover within the company. People come and go so often, it feels like even the employees know something is seriously wrong behind the scenes.

My honest recommendation: stay the hell away from them.

I Paid money into this program and it failed and the promised me a refund and it never happened a bunch of thieves. I retained an atty we finally got an judgment to go after them. Wish me luck but I would be interested in a class action.

I paid them $10,000. Requested a refund within the first week. This was June 2024.

They said they would 100% refund me after my 6 month contract was done. Waited 6 months for my refund and then the CEO emailed me saying they need 12 months more to get the money.

Now he’s ignored my emails for 6 weeks without a reply. Very scammy.

This is very disturbing the amount of money these people have basically extorted from everyone. They have taken us for $10,000.00 also and I would also be interested if a class action lawsuit is started against these two individuals.

The owners Caleb Maddix and Ryan O'Donell are LIARS and THIEVES. They stole over $6000 from me, agreed to refund it, and never paid a cent back... total scammers. Need jail time for FRAUD.

Yes they did scam me as well. Sorry to say, but putting this on here after my slack and air ai accounts were closed in September without my knowledge. They had confirmed a refund after 6 months for November which clearly bought them enough time to sell the shit out of this shit product and then back out and run. I reached out to multiple past employees on Linkedin and was verified by two people that the company had stopped paying them and the business had seemingly been shut down. I'm just adding this here to make sure I can do whatever I can to bury the last of this company and cofounders.

I regret to say that my experience with Air.ai has been nothing short of disastrous, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale for others considering using their services. I initially signed up with Air.ai, taking out a loan to pay for their offerings, trusting that I would receive the tools and support promised during the sales pitch. Sadly, my experience has been a series of broken promises, unfulfilled commitments, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

First and foremost, the initial setup was an absolute failure. Despite multiple assurances from their team that everything would be streamlined and that I would have a seamless experience, Air.ai did not follow through on their commitments. The setup process was plagued with delays, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. I was left to navigate the system with minimal support, and even the basic functionality of the platform was nowhere near what had been promised.

In addition to the initial failures, it quickly became clear that the company had no intention of providing real assistance when issues arose. I encountered significant problems with the platform—issues that severely impacted my business and client interactions—and, despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I was completely ignored. I spent countless hours trying to get in touch with someone, but no one would answer my calls or respond to my emails. This lack of support is beyond frustrating; it's entirely unacceptable.

What makes matters worse is that even though Air.ai frequently claims to be making updates to their system, the platform is still riddled with bugs. The updates are constantly rolled out, but there’s never any notification as to when the system will be down or if there will be disruptions in service. As a result, my clients were impacted on multiple occasions, causing unnecessary delays and frustration on both ends. This lack of transparency is not only unprofessional, but it reflects a deeper issue with how Air.ai operates—without regard for their users or their business operations.

To add insult to injury, after paying for their services and experiencing a range of technical failures, I have received no proactive outreach from their team. No one has ever offered to help resolve my issues, nor have they provided a timeline for when or if they would address the ongoing problems. Despite my best efforts to get a response, I continue to be ignored.

It has become glaringly obvious that Air.ai is a company that makes lofty promises to attract customers but fails to deliver on any of them. They are not only unresponsive but seem to have no interest in providing any actual value or support once they have your money. I strongly suspect that this is more than just poor service—it feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and avoid accountability.

Given the utter lack of customer support, the continuous bugs, the unannounced system downtime, and the overall failure to meet even the most basic expectations, I can only conclude that Air.ai is a company to be avoided at all costs. I am now filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, as this is not simply a case of bad service, but a company that is actively failing to deliver what it promises and taking money without fulfilling its obligations.

If you are considering working with Air.ai, I implore you to look elsewhere. This company has demonstrated a clear pattern of dishonesty, neglect, and incompetence. There are plenty of other service providers out there who actually care about their customers and stand behind their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from Air.ai.

I paid 35K for agency license to their Software after initially purchasing another package from the parent company scale 13 that included beta access to Air plus a couple other of their products. the first surprise Was them releasing Air to the public at the same rate Per minute that myself and hundreds of others paid up to 100 K to have agency access to.

The next surprise was that most of the features didn’t work, Support was very slow, and even with agents that have been set up for months, there were a constant issues that required us to contact them to get Basic function back online. I understand this was a brand new technology, and these risks were a part of it, but I didn’t expect them to Give us essentially no benefit from our large investment

Other Providers quickly released similar products with better commission and stability with no upfront investment

I could’ve overlooked that But I also use one of the products I purchased from them to finance large investments from my clients. Currently, they are collecting thousands of dollars from my clients every month Despite my request to cancel their loans and haven’t paid me On Over $10,000 They have collected from my clients.

They repeatedly tell me they’re working to resolve the issues however at this point it is clear the intention was to grab cash, not only for their product, but also from my clients payments to me and run

I’ve heard this isn’t the first time The owner Caleb has been involved with something that layer was spoken about as a scam. I hope that he was just trying to do his best in the new industry and didn’t have this intention but at this point there’s no excuse for Continuing to take my clients payments Out of their bank accountand telling me they’re trying to figure out why I haven’t received payments and why they haven’t canceled my clients loans it is clear their intention is to drain my clients and my bank account in order to afford the marketing They need to do the same to others.
Maybe he’s just trying to dig his way out so he can pay everybody back but at this point, the guy needs to be prevented from hurting others and get some time to mature in prison. not canceling these loans may not meet the technical criteria, but is 100% intentional and on going theft And I believe there is no intention of repayment

As a new company we were scammed for 22k. Unfortunately they do not have a good product. We tried for months to program it so we could start using it. The more we tried to dial it in the worse it got. They have a great warranty but I guess that is total bullshit also. With all of the people on here that have been scammed I am assuming we will not be getting our money back either.
Please stay away from this company! Unless you like supporting scam artists then by all means give them a call. They are some of the best scammers out there!

This team promises, does not deliver, keeps everyone waiting for refunds until they sell someone else... I waited 9 months for my refund that was promised...only after a filed complaint with the Attorney General of AZ did one of the owners, Thomas, call me and create a repayment schedule starting at $250 a week. They made 3 payments and have ghosted me ever since.

They scammed our agency out of 100k. I met an engineer from another Air.ai agency named Jason Brazeal who had built his own conversational AI & now that's who we use.
It's called Babel Fish AI & it's the best AI I have heard.
They have a neat setup where I didn't have to build or learn anything. I'm not the most tech savy person so it was really good for my business.
Jason is very good at what he does & he told me to get the consultation of an AI professional before making commitments.
He told me that the Conversational AI that Air built only cost a couple of hundred dollars to build, all you need to do is hire an AI professional to build it for you. Not one that's going to tell you what you want to hear and turn it into a full fledged years-long job that costs you thousands and thousands. Not some yay-whoo internet cowboy that'll over-promise and under-deliver. Just a real AI pro who knows how to get the components and build it out. The technology already exists and there's no need to do it any other way because you're not going to see a return for something that any AI Engineer like Jason can build for you.
Air completely scammed everyone because from what Jason said, it can be done for a very low amount upfront.
This news upset me very much & Air isn't answering any calls or messages. I want to join a class action suit if there's one brewing!
I think that was his point. The technology isn't worth what some people want to think that it is. It's valuable for business and good to have but it is not million dollar software. It can be done for less than even 1,000.00.

If i can give it zero starts I would. This company basically sold distributor licenses with money back guarantees and then left a lot of people hanging with over $20k owed in returns sometimes 50k to individual customers.

Not only was setting things up or communicating with support a nightmare, but then the company totally went under having bots go offline and leaving customers in shambles. I can't even begin to tell you how much of a nightmare this experience was. People like Caleb Maddix who are in charge of this company should be ashamed of themselves and should be put in prison for white collar crimes.

I could go deeper into it but I really don't have the time. Avoid any business this kid attempts to start up moving forward. Nobody knows what is going on with them but all we do know is that it is shady AF and illegal.

This is the worse company and at first I thought they were just bad at running a business but then I found out they are basically scammers. I lost $15,000 and they do not deliver their promise, they lied about their refund guarantee. This scam was so well built that I fell for it.
