Air Bank Avis 

I made my account about an year ago in Pilsen, it was my first bank account and i didnt know what to do etc. Help me a lot, friendly and listens. Gave me some tips that actually helped me later in Future
Simplicity, and if u dont understand to something come again.
Thats my experience with Air bank in pilsen.

Neschopna banka neschopny nekompetentny klientsky servis. Po tom ako som ucet po desiatich rokoch nepouzivania chcel zrusit Lebo nezijem v a Cechach docestoval do Prahy osem hodin aby som ucet zrusil donutili ma kupit cesku SIM aby sa man prihlasili ndomuctunanaj tak ju nepotrebovali a nedokazali mi povedat konecny stav ze ak sa ho zrieknem Bude zruseny ucet a nevedel mi povedat kolko mam konecny zostatok ze to riesi klientske centrum a ze mi poslumo odpoved mailom od oktobra sa mi neozvali....Nemaju ani cislo na klientske centrum... Za mna use less, co dalej od taken banky. z pozdravom M.Z.

I have nothing bad to say about this bank

Absolutely horrible.
The worst people i have ever met in prague.
Simply rude, and that is putting it lightly.
Extremely racist and completely unwilling to help.
Think twice before joining.

Great bank for Czechia, everything works on the net/app, and in Czechia are many bank branches and ATM.
One bad thing is that they are blocking SEPA payment to crypto exchanges.

Jsem už 4. rok spokojeny klient

Weird bank policies for clients to be able to read and speak proper Czech to have an account created. I'm sure this bank is loosing potential clients in this competitive market. Not recommended for foreigners in Czech even if you speak some Czech.

I am by this bank since long time and everything is super convenient and organized.

Už jsem za život měl účet u hodně bank, ale Airbank je nej!

Otevření účtu na pobočce trvá pár minut, s velice příjemným personálem (ještě jednou děkuju za personál v Palladiu :), vedle mě si otevírala postarší paní účet a personál na ní byl velice milý a vstřícný!).

Nikdy jsem neměl žádné problémy s bankou samotnou a kdykoli jsem něco potřeboval, vždycky mi byli při ruce a to i při nepříjemných situacích, do nichž jsem se na služebních cestách dostal.

Internetové bankovnictví je snadné k ovládání a naprosto bezchybné.

Myslím, že Airbank skutečně splnilo svůj slogan, že i banku můžete mít rádi.

Everything can be done online, you pretty much never have to visit the bank. No one is calling you to push a new product. Everything works fine. Unfortunately they don't offer credit cards, but their kontokorent offering can compensate for that to some extent.

The best bank in Czech Republic.
Excellent client support.
Excellent reclamation department.
Excellent internet banking.

Pretty good. Cheap, easy to use. They don't ever bother you with promotion nonsense. The only thing I miss here is lack of credit card.

this is the best bank I have ever had. I have some banks in UAE and London and few more in CZ but this one is really the best. I am client for 6-7 years and I have never had any problem, the support is very helpful. If you call to customer service they always pick up the phone very quickly, also they call you back.

Toto je nejlepší banka kterou jsem kdy měla, jsem klientkou už 6-7 let. Mám banky v UAE, UK a pár v ČR ale airbank je opravdu nejlepší ze všech. Zákaznický servis je perfetkní s rychlou odezvou. Vždy mi s čímkoli velmi rychle pomohli. Jsem velmi spokojená.
