Great product
Great product! - 11 speed wide range mtb cassette. Looks good quality., not used yet but have a 10speed on other mtb shifts well & is durable so far.

Ordered item on 24/11/22, now 19: 31 on Friday 02/11/22 and still waiting, tracking number on original order email not providing any information.

Hi Joe sorry you haven’t received your item. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the busiest times of year for couriers and the Royal Mail had planned strikes spanning 4 days over this period, causing a massive back log. Completely out of our control.
The service you selected for shipping was Royal Mail and a non tracked service (the cheapest method) so I can’t tell you exactly where your item is.
We did send it on time so hopefully it arrives soon. Happy to provide a discount code for the inconvenience once your item has turned up.

A good purchase
I have bought several cassettes from Airbike and they have all been very good and made to high standards. My latest purchase was a bigger 11-42 cassette and and a new chain. I also bought a "Goatlink" from them to enable my standard range derailleur to work. I haven't tried this before -it works perfectly, I didn't even have to adjust the derailleur. The gearchange is at least as smooth as before.
My winter bike is now ready for another season with more appropriate gearing, for not much money. I am very happy with the Airbike equipment.

11-42 rear cassette ,so far so good but will have too give it a good few trips before I can tell for sure,very reasonable price and will definitely buy again if it turns out too be good ,quick delivery we’ll done 👍👍
