Firtly, the team upgraded my unit to a newer and better model that i paid for. I went for elf installation and the team were super helpful and kowledgable in supporting me. And the unit is amazing. I went with Olimpia Splendid Unico EVO 30HP EVANX Inverter 11000 BTU 3.1 kW All-in-One Air Conditioning Unit and its great as both a heater and air con unit. I built a home gym and its perfecrt for it. Highly recommended. great after care too!

First off this company restored my faith in good old customer service by Aircare. I didn’t know what I were looking for but these put me at ease from the word go. I were in need of an appliance but no idea what I needed till I got in touch with Aircare. In no time at all they put me at ease and pointed me in the right direction I needed to be. I would advise anyone who is looking for an appliance to use this company as they performed so professionally and couldn’t have done any more than they did. Excellent company and would not hesitate to use them again, all in all well satisfied with them.

Had a problem with my order but George went out of his way to sort it out very quickly, all sorted and happy with the ac unit now. Nice to see there are people who care about the customer are still around!

We have purchased an air purifier unit to help keep the air fresh in our toddler's room. We wanted to do everything possible to help us be rid of the many viruses he picks up at nursery.

The product is compact, very quiet and very easy to use. The display shows a numeric score of the current air quality and has different coloured backgrounds depending on if the score is good, ok or bad (green, blue and red). This is a brilliant idea as you can see immediately where it is without going near to the machine to actually read the numbers.

We are very happy with this air purifier, it works perfectly and has clearly been designed and manufactured to a very high standard. The customer sevice was fantastic too.
