Nice customer service, product works

Order multiple products and spent several hundreds of dollars.
Product arrived and after installing the mobile phone unit. asw instructed it feel off after 24 hours and was lost. When discussing with the company, their response was "Sorry " but the but will sometimes not stick to the mobile phone case as advertised by Aires. NO disclaimer, no remorse only a short rebuff by the Company, basically stating TOO Bad.

After Posting on Trustpilot, the Company immediately responded to my complaints and was kind enough to work with me to solve my issues with its product. I commend the Company on being responsive to my concerns relative to the product and its customer service.
A strong shout out to Trustpilot as well.

Purchased two pendants after losing my left hand index finger and suffering extreme EMF sensitivity afterwards. Neither pendant ever worked "perfectly" but as time went by, they quit working altogether. Had I known from the start that they had a "time limit" or expiration date for effectiveness, I would never have spent that much money on them. I am an elder, and live on a fixed income. I reached out to their Customer Support repeatedly for assistance explaining ALL of the above and offering to send photos and return the pristine pendants (undamaged) in the original boxes for an exchange. They offered ZERO solutions. Would NOT recommend and will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Even with a generous discount these things are still expensive and I’m unsure if the product actually does anything! The first batch they sent me had air bubbles in the resin they have used and the second batch has started to delaminate and the company will not send a replacement. So it looks like I wasted A LOT of money on something that I cannot use!

They seem to be ok up to a point. I won’t bother with them in future. I was planning on buying more for loved ones but cannot be bothered with the drama involved.

I am SUPER sensitive to EMF's, so much so that I just about pass out in banks and malls. I purchased the Aires 1 phone disk and attached it to an EMF pendant I already have that I wear 24/7 except in water. Wow, what a difference. No more imbalances or dizziness...feel great! I also love the look of it. I am so thankful for these products. Proof is in the pudding/body, not testing meters.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for this product. It made a huge impact on my cognitive health ( brain function). Much thanks! Greetings from Sweden!

I've spent an embarrassing amount of time on their website trying to understand what on earth they’re selling. Spoiler: I still have no idea. Something about "quantum protection" and shielding from EMF? The science was so vague it might as well have been written by my horoscope app. In other words, it's complete snake oil.

Their products seem like something you'd find in a late-night infomercial between "magnetized water" and "pet communication crystals." Honestly, if EMF protection is your thing, you'd probably get better results with a colander on your head. At least then you'd have a built-in pasta strainer.

I didn’t purchase anything because (a) I value my money, and (b) I like my nonsense in small doses. But I will say this: if you’re into pseudoscience and want a good laugh, their website is free entertainment. For everyone else who's so afraid of radio waves (which in the doses we get, is absolutely not dangerous FYI), just turn off your phone and call it a day.

Cute answer. For those of us who do actually have an understanding of how EMF works, we know that your product does absolutely nothing, and is pure snake oil. :) But I bet it's great business for you as there sure is a lot of gullible people in the world.

I rarely write reviews and I don't like to write negative reviews because good things are shared far too rarely and bad things far too often. Here, however, it has even driven me to create an account to save others from burning their money in the endless jungle of the dangers of the brave new world and the solutions offered for it. In the end, everyone has to know for themselves what they want to do, but if you want to order one of these, then you've probably had similar thoughts as I did some time ago.

like many people, I was looking for a remedy to today's problems.
I was hoping that AiresTech could provide a remedy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and today I can only heartily advise everyone not to hand over their hard-earned money to this company.
Not only are the products misleadingly advertised and, after extensive testing, do NOT fulfill what is promised, but life is also made difficult when you want to return the products. I have been waiting for a refund for almost 8 weeks now and they claim the return never arrived.

Asking for a tracking number sounds logical, but when you realize that shipping with a tracking number costs €50.00 and the same parcel without a number costs only €20.00, you are inclined to take the cheaper option and hope that the recipient is honest. Unfortunately, this is obviously not the case here. Yes, perhaps the parcel was lost in transit, but the way my request and the whole process was handled suggests otherwise. The parcel supposedly never arrived, even though I sent it over 4 months ago. Unfortunately, without a tracking number, nobody was prepared to investigate whether a parcel - which was perfectly and legibly labeled - had arrived at the warehouse.
Presumably it is still lying there somewhere unpacked or, even better, the scrap is already waiting to be bought by one of you guys for a lot of money...

In any case, I have now paid €360.00, no more product and I never received the 30% discount that I was offered when I asked for a return shipment.

This company is a disgrace and plays on people's fears to rob them of their money. A worthless piece of plastic is being sold for expensive money. Keep your hands off it and be careful!!!

Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen und sehr ungern schreibe ich negative Rezensionen, da gutes viel zu selten und schlechtes viel zu häufig mitgeteilt wird. Hier jedoch hat es mich sogar dazu getrieben einen Account zu erstellen um andere davor zu bewahren Ihr Geld im endlosen Dschungel der Gefahren der schönen neuen Welt und den dafür angebotenen Lösungen zu verfeuern.
Am Ende muss jeder selber wissen was er macht aber wenn du dir so ein Teil bestellen möchtest, dann hast du dir vermutlich ähnliche Gedanken gemacht wie ich vor einiger Zeit.

Wie viele Andere suchte auch ich nach einer Lösung für die Probleme der heutigen Zeit. Ich hatte gehofft, dass AiresTech hier Abhilfe schaffen könnte. Leider wurde ich bitter enttäuscht, und ich kann heute nur jedem von Herzen raten, sein hart verdientes Geld nicht an dieses Unternehmen zu geben.
Nicht nur, dass die Produkte irreführend beworben werden und nach ausgiebigen Tests NICHT das halten, was versprochen wird, sondern es wird einem auch das Leben schwer gemacht, wenn man die Produkte zurückgeben möchte. Ich warte nun schon seit fast 8 Wochen auf eine Rückerstattung und sie behaupten, die Rücksendung sei nie angekommen.

Nach einer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer zu fragen, klingt logisch, wenn man jedoch an der Poststelle merkt, dass der Versand mit einer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer 50,00 € kostet und dasselbe Paket ohne Nummer nur 20,00 €, ist man geneigt, die günstigere Option zu wählen und hofft darauf, dass der Empfänger aufrichtig ist. Leider ist das hier offensichtlich nicht der Fall. Ja, vielleicht ist das Paket auf dem Transportweg verloren gegangen, aber die unpersönliche und oberflächliche Art und Weise, wie meine Anfrage behandelt wurde, lässt anderes vermuten. Das Paket ist angeblich nie angekommen, obwohl ich es vor über 4 Monaten abgeschickt habe. Leider war niemand bereit, ohne Sendungsnummer nachzuforschen, ob ein Paket - das einwandfrei und gut leserlich beschriftet war - im Lager angekommen ist. Vermutlich liegt es dort noch immer irgendwo unausgepackt oder noch besser der Schrott wartet schon darauf von einem von Euch für viel Geld gekauft zu werden…

Wie auch immer. Ich habe nun jedenfalls 360,00€ bezahlt und kein Produkte mehr.

Dieses Unternehmen ist eine Schande und spielt mit den Ängsten der Menschen, um sie um ihr Geld zu bringen. Ein wertloses Stück Plastik wird für teures Geld verkauft. Lasst die Finger davon und seid Sie vorsichtig!!!

These are so obviously scam products. Please do not waste your money on these products they simply do not work at all.

This product is snake oil just look at the data and research that was conducted.
Their 'opinion' peer reviewed articles are hilarious but also an insult to proper genuine research articles.

Horrible Product, Fraudulent Refund Process, and Zero Integrity

My experience with @airestech.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased their product hoping it would deliver on the promises of improved health and well-being. Instead, it was completely ineffective—nothing changed, and it felt like an overpriced placebo.

What made this worse was their so-called refund process. After requesting a refund, I was met with delays, excuses, and outright lies. They either ignored my emails or kept making up reasons to deny my claim, despite their "guarantee." It became clear that their refund policy is a scam designed to mislead customers into thinking they stand behind their products, which they absolutely do not.

The lack of integrity from this company is astounding. They seem more focused on taking money from customers than actually delivering a product that works or providing any semblance of decent customer service. I wouldn’t trust this company with a dime, and I strongly advise anyone considering their products to stay far away.

Do yourself a favor—save your money, time, and sanity. Look elsewhere.

Do not buy this product! I bought an EMF reader and the air tech did nothing.

I didn't do my research before but go to YouTube and check out the reviews out there. They absolutely do not work.

Waste of money and a scam!!!

Did not work for me. I feel more pressure, it is like it is a magnet, drawing the emf to me, not breaking it up. I was away from the computer in another room and I was wearing the pendant that is suppose to protect for 40 ft circumference, and when I went into the other room to put some music on the computer, it felt like waves of emf hitting me, and I got super dizzy and pressure in my head. I have quit bringing it into the bedroom, as I wake up dizzy, and we have ethernet, no wireless hook up in the house, and we turn off the ethernet each night and I do not sleep with cell phone in the bedroom and yet I am worse with the Lifetune Flex pendant. This morning I decided to put it on my iphone's strap clip, of which I have a safesleeve emf protector, which I have not noticed anything positive from it, and another company's emf sticker on the phone, and I was getting so much pressure with my phone next to me on my desk that finally I took the pendant off the phone and put it in the other room. It took a while, but now feel much better. Truly a bummer, and it really concerns me that I am feeling worse with it. If I was not feeling any difference, I would perhaps think it might be working, but here it is doing the opposite. For the date of experience, I put this past Monday, December 30th, that is when waves of emf seemed to be hitting me while putting some music on the computer, as that was the worst experience thus far.I know that I am super sensitive, and maybe it is not suppose to be used with other emf, protection??

I would like to vouch for the trustworthiness of this company and its wonderful customer service. I had an issue and it was promptly responded to and sorted out. Thank-you Airestech. 🙏

Sticker fell off after 3 days, they won't send me a new one. I followed instructions.

Who knows if it really does what it says, I have an EMF reader and did not notice any change with this on my phone. I am disappointed at the directions that say if you have a silicone case they recommend you add it directly to the back of the phone - now none of my phone cases fit my phone and I cannot detach the device to place it on a phone case instead. Too pricey to not be able to remove and replace.

I fell for the “patents” etc. not until I got the product did I do some research. The whole EEG testing for heat scientifically bogus. So far customer service has been decent and accosting returns. Tho I see from others that they got the wrong return address and also not getting a full refund. I’ll be updating this reply when things are done to share how it went.
Question: why put so much energy into a scam when you can do actual meaningful things and enrich life? Must be so incredibly lost.
