This software is amazing, but the support is AWFUL
This software is amazing, but their support is awful. I have a paid license for Air Explorer. I have contacted their support about several issues, and they often just don't respond. One issue is fairly minor, but it is bothersome. Whenever I close the app, it prompts me to install the newest version. This happens nearly every time I close the app. They're likely not releasing new versions multiple times each week, so I'm sure it's a glitch. However, it takes about 3 minutes to install the "new" version, which is likely just reinstalling the same version. I contacted them about this several times, and they didn't even acknowledge my email. There were several other emails that I sent about various minor issues, and they just ignored them. What is strange is that they have responded to 2-3 of my emails. Usually, their responses are very brief and don't fully address my questions. Anyways, the software does work very well. It is much more stable than other FTP clients. It's too bad they can't take a few minutes to respond to their customers.
