They called me this morning talking down to me telling me I need to see how much other airlines are charging and they wont honor the booking I made with them saying the prices are increased. I had to call and cancel my credit card. I let my credit card company know they tried to scam me. They even had the audacity to call me a hour later talking calm saying they are trying to still help me book the flight.

I’ve booked a flight with them and received a booking confirmation email with my itinerary. They said in the email that they would send me the tickets within 24 hours. Then they called me to say that I could only get tickets for twice the price.

Run far far away from this company. Thought I got a smashing deal on roundtrip flights only to discover they never actually secured the tickets from the airline, as they were supposedly "first come first serve" promotional tickets from American Airlines?!?. They claimed to have attempted to contact me, which never happened. Found this out one day before my trip and of course there's no accountability or help from there end.

Booked flights in October 2022 for Xmas Eve , but when I went to check in on 23rd - they told me my flight was now cancelled and I would get a refund. It is 27th of March 2023 and STILL NO REFUND - despite numerous calls. They keep telling me to wait 15 days, and then another 15 days. AVOID!!!! COMPLETE SCAM IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

it's a scam. they will show online cheap flights, will call back , saying they weren't able to book the flight, and will be trying to sell you $$$ tickets

I was booking a flight and airfly smart popped up. Rose Brown told me my flight was 605.00. I ask for break down and she never answered me

2 days later 226.82 was charged to my card for her services. I would have never agreed to that amount for a 30 minute phone call.

She never said this fee was being charged.

She led me to believe that is was tax in flight and fees from airlines.
I am 55 years old disabled and I cant afford this fee.

The customer representative was very nice and helpful

John Grey is awesome. He listens to what you say. He responds quickly with all the information needed for our flights. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon not expecting to hear back from him until Tuesday as it was the long Presidents Day weekend....he responded in less than 1 minute. We were able to get flights booked for 6 people from SLC to ANC. He is one of the best customer service representatives I have talked to in a very long time. What a great way to save money. I made an error while booking that was taken care of immediately. I then received a call and email that there was a problem with booking and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sarah Dawson. She resolved my issue quickly and thoroughly

I'm going to leave my original comments so that everyone can see how quickly things change when the booking is complete. Our flight itinerary was changed by United, but Roger and airflysmart never contacted us or updated us. We would have missed our flight. When I called Roger directly, he told us that was not his problem and that essentially we're on our own. I obviously was not happy. So...I'm updating my review for anyone else out there thinking of doing business with this group....DON'T DO IT. If you're going third party, stay with the big guys like Expedia. This experience ended up being horrible, especially when we needed help. Hope this helps other travelers.
