Airport Hopper Avis 

Bus came on time to my bus stop. Driver came out from bus, take my luggage and put it in storage area. Very helpful. At the end of journey explains how to get to Terminal 1. Driver also help me by explaining where is departure spot. I will use again. Recommend to use. Thank you.

Hoppa leaves dublin airport at 10 to the hour, on the website it states 10 past the hour! 5 of us left stranded! Come on guys, update your website.

Lovely driver..soaking wet on arrival at bus stop,(5am Maynooth ) he hung my coat to dry and asked the other two people did they want to do the same. A lovely chat on the way to airport ..a credit to the company

Back in November 11th waited 45min for the Hoper to arrive Dublin airport - tallaght tried calling the number went straight to voicemail had to take a taxi home which costing 70e and another 9.99 for the Hooper ticket when emailed the company asking for the refund Hoper never responded heard nothing back I'm sorry airport hoper is not reliable service . They will take your money but not deliver the service and customer service is nonexistent

WORST COMPANY EVER! DON’T EVER BOOK IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET PICKED UP. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO STEEL YOUR MONEY, GO AHEAD AND BOOK WITH THEM

Don’t trust this airport hopper l. We came ten minutes before bus was due and waited at the stop for 30 extra minutes after it was due before having to taxi a taxi which cost 65 euro on top of the 26 euro we had paid for our hopper tickets as the bus just never showed up. We tried to call the contact number on the website and it went to a voicemail. Very bad and unreliable service

Awful terrible service! Had booked hopper from airport to leixlip, American couple had waited an hour already for the previous one and left, that should have said it all, we waited for our slot for another 45 min, nothing showed up, tried call the help number, just says mail box full, dreadful, had to get a taxi home, do yourself a favour guys and just don't bother guys, seems like a scam.

Absolutely a farce on customer service. Nobody answers . Mailbox is full and hangs up. I prebooked from liffey valley to airport. Never turned up. Zero on line or land line operators. No refund. A total pirate operator.
200% Avoid like the plague.

I always take Airport hopper from Maynooth to Dublin airport and other way around. Never had any issues with them. Greetings to Ciaran H., lovely bus drivers who was the most helpful during my last trip on a bus.

On Sept 5 2023 the airport hooper which I had booked for 9 am from Maynooth did not arrive until 9.45am. Very disappointed with the service.

Wrongly written station on the bus card, 20 minutes late, unreliable, very rude customer service,never ever, call taxi don t use this bus!!!

If I could give this service 0 stars I would! This bus service have been notorious for being late and due to this the driver forces passengers to enter the vehicle in a rush without safety in mind. The luggages were forced into the bus, cramping passengers with their heavy belongings, that can cause immediate harm. Through my experience the passengers worked together to keep the heavy luggages at bay in the moving vehicle. To make it worse, I decided to give this service another chance and tried to purchase tickets to the airport for the weekend ahead but the airport hopper website had technical difficulties without notification on the homepage. This led me to errors upon purchasing my tickets 5 times, using two different bank cards. So I decided to wait until the morning to make these purchases instead until issues on the website are resolved. The following day I was deducted more than 65 euros on my bank accounts without a trace of tickets from airport hopper in sight. I am still in the process of refunding these tickets, without a proper procedure for refund as Airport Hopper Dublin does not offer any for guest users, which such rage and disappointment. This service should just cease altogether and be held accountable for dangerous methods of transport and for being a unreliable service to public in recent events.

Frequently late 9.50 Monday airport to Maynooth. Realise that perhaps that cannot be helped. What really bugs me is the loud pop music on board. Everyone, including driver, is able these days to have their own personal choice of music if desired and there is no need for customers to have hellish row inflicted on them. Otherwise Ok

Bought tickets in advance online for transfer from Dublin Airport to Maynooth. Coach stop is quite a walk from airport terminal and wasn't very well marked. However, bus came on time, driver was exceedingly friendly.

Would use again.
