Booked taxi for 10:30pm from Gatwick to Cambridge. Taxi was running late so had to wait 10-15 mins at arrivals. Once we got to the taxi, it only had 1% battery charge left. We then had a very nervous ride to the nearestTesla supercharger where it arrived at 0% charge and we all had to sit for 20-25 minutes whilst it got sufficient charge to take us to Cambridge. Not professional or reliable - don’t use.

Excellent communication: got several updates before my pickup, including that the taxi was on the way. Driver was courteous, friendly, and safe. Highly recommend.

I have been using Cambridge Airport Taxi since last 4 years and I was never disappointed. This time also I booked a cab from Cambridge Airport taxi to Stansted airport. Booking process was fairly easy and I got timely updates about the driver, pick up time regarding my journey. The driver arrived on time and as usual the ride to airport was smooth. I will again use Cambridge Airport taxi and I will also recommend it to others.

Everything was in order. The driver was nice.

After phoning around and trying to use taxi apps it became frustrating so I checked the reviews for these guys and tried them.
They are a no hassle, straight forward, great value airport transfer taxi company.
We booked them to pick us up at Gatwick Airport and bring us back to Cambridge. The only extra to pay is the parking because they don't know how long they will be waiting for us in case of delays. They were waiting at arrivals and got us home without any problems.
I highly recommend these as an airport transfer service.

The driver is very kind and the vehicle is well prepared for the trip. Everything seems reasonable, valuable and comfortable. What a great experience!

I selected the company's largest vehicle option which was said to accomodate 1-4 passengers with 3 Large luggage and 3 small luggage. When the driver showed up, he immediately knew that our bags were not going to fit. We had 3 people with 3 large luggage and 3 small luggage which is clearly under their limits. The car could not even fit 3 of the large luggages alone. He immediately told us to look for a different service from another company. This was fine and understandable.

However, when asked about the refund, he immediately got defensive and blamed that it was our fault for not choosing the correct vehicle. Despite it being their largest vehicle and also us clearly fitting the limits they provided. He gave multiple made up excuses such as our luggages being unusually big and that they were not the standard 25kg size. OUR 3 LARGE BAGS WERE ALL 23 Kilos and were the standard 27" x 21" x 14 size. He claimed that there is no refund after 12 hours before the pickup, eventhough it was the driver that cancelled. There was no full or partial refund. The driver was also the company owner so making a company complaint yields no results. He then drove off anoyed.

This was terrible service and he provided NO APOLOGY whatsoever. He clearly saw the opportunity to pocket a large sum of money without any work and did not even think about giving any refunds despite it being their fault. He kept blaming us despite us not even exceeding the limit they provided. Will not use this company again.

Another excellent service from my drive Ahmet. Arrive on time and helpful with loading and unloading the luggage. would definitely recommend.

We were made aware on time who the driver was. We were always informed about his whereabouts and where we were picked up. Everything went smoothly, no delay whatsoever.

It’s always scary Booking online when there’s so many scams about, but this company was really fabulous. Messages to confirm, a personal message from the taxi driver with his phone number the day before, arriving five minutes early which is always lovely and a very courteous nice man who was more than helpful. Driver was an hour late for the airport pickup. Driver texted me at the pickup time that he was already there when he wasn’t and only after I phoned him was I told of the delay.
