Will definitely be using again
I used Aero Cars to book a return trip to Heathrow airport on behalf of a customer. From start to finish the process was very efficient. The customer has also commented on how good Aero Cars are in particular the driver who appeared to be a tour guide also which was greatly appreciated given the customers were from Norway! :)

Excellent problem resolution
I had a bad experience with this firm, due to a well-intentioned driver who unfortunately made a serious error of judgement on my trip. My review would have been one star. However, I contacted the General Manager Rizwan to make a complaint - and I'm so glad I did. He handled it promptly, personally and professionally, in a manner that left me in no doubt of how seriously he took the problem. My faith is restored and I will be happy to use the firm again. Issues always happen - the measure of a company is how well they deal with them.

coping with crisis
I've always found Aerocars first class. This year there was an awkward problem when BA cancelled two flights at short notice. Aerocars coped with the change of times and airports at once and at the very modest charge of £25 for switching from Heathrow to London City - a substantially longer journey.
