Airport Transfers Malaga Avis 

We booked and prepaid the day before our arrival. We paid 100 euros. On the day of traveling we recieve an email saying that "due to popular demand the price is now 125 euros. If you wish to keep your reservation you need to confirm". Not checking our phones every second we missed the email. 1 hour after the email was sent they emailed us saying they canceled the booking.

Unbelievably unprofessional. We already booked and paid and now they want to change the fee afterwards. Avoid this company!

Driver never showed for the collection at the airport and we received an email saying that we needed to have our phone on which it was. Seemed to be passing blame to us for their own shortcomings
For the return journey which I tried to organise the night before a departure, I was given a number for the driver which when I rang didn’t exist
Had to arrange alternate transport the following morning and I was informed that if the driver was later than 15 mins after the collection time, I was entitled to a refund
40 mins after the agreed collection time, got a text from a different number saying the taxi was still at least 25 to 30 mins away
Never received the refund either so stay well away, use a reputable company or if you are staying in an Airbnb or something, ask the host if they have a number or someone reputable
Stay well away - very unprofessional ran by a company in the UK with some people taking phone calls in mainland Spain, who I think aren’t even near any of the main holiday centres

Would definitely not recommend this company. We hired two mini buses to collect guests who had booked onto a retreat we were running. The first bus was 45 minutes late and the second bus was two hours late. After a 3am start for some of our guests this was certainly not ideal and it was the only negative feedback we received from them after they completed their post retreat comment forms. Airport Transfers Malaga said we would receive some compensation for the inconvenience and they would also cover the cost of refreshments for the guests that were stuck waiting for 2 hours at the airport. After repeatedly contacting the company over email, whats app and phone we have not received a penny despite us receiving an email a month ago saying the money had been transferred and would be in our account in a couple of days which was clearly untrue. Have contacted the company every day for the last few weeks but they have not responded.

- In response to your reply. I have been calling your office repeatedly (both numbers on your website - I can take screen shots of my call log if needed) every day for the last few weeks with no reply and no option to leave a message. I have also sent numerous emails - no response except for one on October 14th saying these exact words 'Your refund has been processed and you should receive it early next week.' Yet absolutely no sign of any refund over a month later.
12 people who were on the two buses can all confirm that one bus was 45 minutes late and the other 2 hours late.
I've also been in contact with the owner of the venue because you haven't responded to any forms of communication from us.

Fantastic service in difficult times, benal beach to Malaga airport. Flight times changed at short notice but wasn't a problem. We were kept well informed by text message, when driver was on his way, and when he had arrived at pick up point. Will definitely be using these guys on our next visit. Well done
