Nice support & great result

I had a few questions before buying and ended up reaching out to their team. Got a proper call back from staff which gave me confidence to go ahead. Glad I did product works really well and feels like top quality.

Full refund still not received – chargeback in progress


This is to address the company recent reply…and update the status of the situation…

I DO NOT recommend this product or company

My review was initially removed after being disputed by the company, but reinstated once I provided evidence of the communication.

If the company is permitted to publicly respond, that response should be held to the same standard of accuracy. Where a reply misrepresents or downplays the customer’s documented experience, it should either be corrected or removed to ensure the review process remains fair and balanced.

Following the seller’s response, I need to correct several points:

1. This was not a change-of-mind return. The item arrived damaged and this was reported immediately with evidence.
2. Despite this, the return was processed as a “change of mind,” which is not consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
3. I have not received a full refund. Part of the refund has been withheld, including return costs and a restocking fee for a faulty item.
4. A prepaid AusPost label was provided, however the cost was later deducted from my refund.
5. I have been advised multiple times that a full refund was processed, but this has not been received.
6. The seller claims the item was on backorder, however I received no such communication. The product took over a month to arrive and arrived damaged.

Overall, this has been an unnecessarily prolonged process for what should have been a straightforward refund for goods damaged on arrival. There is no Australian presence, and resolving the issue has required ongoing follow-up.

This is an update to reflect the current status of the matter

The unit was not in new condition when it arrived, with visible dents and scratches to the housing

After returning it, photos were provided showing the unit after it had been repaired and I was told I was being charged the postage and a restocking fee, a cost applied to return it to stock for resale

Website said domestic shipping (5–7 days), however it took more than a month and was shipped from Hong Kong

I was refused a full refund, with the issue described as “cosmetic damage” or “change of mind”, and was charged return postage and a restocking fee of $120

Both sides of the unit had been crushed and internal damage to the filter.

After posting my review, I was contacted and asked to remove it and advised a full refund could be offered if it was deleted. Correspondence also referenced possible “legal representation” if the review remained unchanged

As of the date of this update, they say I received a full refund, however that is not correct. I am still working with my bank through the chargeback process to recover the outstanding $120

In my experience, I found the product to be of lower quality given the condition it was delivered in and my experience contacting the business, which was not what I expected for a product advertised as premium at this price

As a consumer, I rely on online reviews when making purchasing decisions. I think it’s important that reviews reflect individual experiences so others can make informed decisions

In summary, the product was not as described, it was difficult to arrange a return, and I am still waiting for a full refund

Based on my experience to date, I would not recommend this product or company

We’ve attempted multiple times to reach out to resolve this directly and clarify a few points.

The delay in shipping was due to the unit being on backorder on the website. Once it arrived at our 3PL, it was dispatched and delivered within 4 days via Australia Post:

At the time, the return was processed as a change of mind and a refund was issued on March 29. Based on our records, the matter has been completed.

Our policies have since been further clarified to ensure better clarity for future customers also.

Very happy with Air Repair

The workmanship put into the unit is top notch. Looks and feels solid, durable and expensive. Runs very quietly, you wouldn't even know it's on. I've only been running it for 2 weeks and we've really noticed how good the air quality in our room is. Can't wait to see how much nasty stuff the filters have caught. I guess I'll know when it tells me it's time to clean. Very happy with this air purifier.

Airrepairpurifier

I had a great experience with AirRepair Purifiers. The service was professional with Manny and team being fast at responding and helpful. The air purifier works perfectly and has made a noticeable difference in air quality. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality air purification and bang for buck purifier keeping in mind never having to purchase a replacement filter ever again. Cheers guys

My name is Andrew,
If your looking for an Air Purifier for you home/ office, may I suggest you look at the units from Airrepairpuri-fiers, and the filter is “ WASHABLE “ so your not continually haveing to Buy new filters.

Their Service and expertise is second to none that I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime, From the time I first contacted “ AIRREPAIRPURI- FIERS” and spoke with Manny, he could not help me enough, assisting me with the best units for my appartment.
I placed my order at 1.46 pm on Saturday 28 February 2026,
I was kept informed as to what stage my order was right up to the time it was Despatched at 5 pm on the same day” Amazing “
I was absolutely astounded that my order was already on its way,
Then with continued updates from Australia Post, I was able to follow its progress,
And like magic my delivery arrived on Friday 6/3/26 at 11am at my door,
I was amazed to see my order it’s only been 6 days
I couldn’t wait to unpack and get the units running,
Now this is a first for me, …….and I’ve worked in the freight industry for decades and never seen items packaged like this,
The units were both double boxed, with both foam and a new to me bubble packaging to ensure the best possible chance of a safe delivery,
Now this is the best part,………
Me being an old bloke that’s never been known to read instructions in the past, ……..
I did read the booklet and followed each step along the way to ensure the best possible experience

I have unpacked and placed each unit where I thought they would be ok, However after sending pics to Manny he suggested other possible places which I will do to give the units an even better chance to maximise their efficiency

I your looking for an, Air Purifier Contact” Air Repair Purifiers” your first choice I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Worst experience I’ve even had

Faulty unit straight out of the box and they’re refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label, saying it’s a 30 days return policy and I have to pay for the postage out of the refund I am due. Refusing to discuss and now saying they’re sending a replacement regardless if I want it or not under the warranty. Do not due business with these people they are now harassing me. Poor product and appalling customer service. ** UPDATE** Shortly after their response below Airrepair then reported this review to Trustpilot for defamation, after a short review Trustpilot reinstated the review unedited. **2nd UPDATE** Thank you for your response, Manny.
For clarity, the refund was issued by my bank, not Airrepair. I appreciate you confirming separately that your refund processes have since been updated as a result of this situation.
I also note your request for this review to be removed; however, I will be leaving it in place as it reflects my experience at the time.

Bought the Pro for our open plan area

Bought the Pro for our open plan area. It took a day or two, but once it settled in clear improvement. Bigger space feels noticeably less stuffy.

Thankyou for leaving a review! For best results leave at least 20–30 cm clearance on all sides so the inlet and outlet can flow freely and position the purifier so the outlet (on the Pro model it’s the slim strip) faces into the room, this ensures clean air is pushed out effectively.

Paid for what i got. Clean design, solid performance. Doesn’t dominate the room visually, which is a massive win.

I had a small issue when my unit first…

I had a small issue when my unit first arrived — it didn’t include the instruction booklet. I gave them a call and Manny personally sorted it out, sending one that same day. It’s rare to get that level of customer care anymore, it gives me a lot of confidence in the company as well as the product.

My purifier arrived with a small crack…

My purifier arrived with a small crack in the lid from delivery. I emailed the team straight away and they got back to me the same day. Manny organised a replacement part without any fuss, and it arrived quickly. Things happen, but the way they handled it showed me they genuinely care about their customers.

Before placing my order

Before placing my order, I spoke to a team member about how the purifier works and how often the plates should be cleaned. Even weeks later when I had more questions, both phone calls and emails were answered straight away. The speed and friendliness of their support was almost unbelievable, they really stand behind their product.

Delivery was prompt

Delivery was prompt, the unit feels solid. I like that it’s reusable cleaning the filter is simple. It’s quieter than expected too, even on higher settings.
