I was assisted by Mathew to buy my returned flights tickets to The Gambia

I contacted this agency to buy a business class ticket; I found a price I liked and agreed to the purchase—so far, so good. I asked where their office was located, and they told me Aberdeen, Scotland. I said, "Okay, I'll be there next week to pay the balance," having already put down a deposit. They gave me the address, so I went there and called, but no one answered. Eventually, someone picked up and said, "You didn't make an appointment." I replied, "Yes, I said I’d come on Wednesday to pay." Then the person told me, "I'm sorry, but your ticket has expired"—even though I had never been given an expiration date. So, I lost the ticket; the agency is unreliable.

I had a great experience with Jerry while booking my ticket to Antalya, Turkey. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I was busy, he kept following up with me through messages and encouraged me to complete my booking at the right time. Thanks to his dedication and support, I was able to book my tickets without any hassle. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him.

They are very good

I have been with air saffer for a while now.
They are always available when you call. When request for a booking they are on time and their prices are good.
One can can call and get a flight booked within a short time .
It’s been a wonderful experience so far and I hope it continues in the same good way

I had a really good experience booking my flight with Air Saffar, Sarah has been a Star all the way through. I was made to sit down and relax while Sarah shop around for the best flight for my budget. She checked on me on arrival in Zimbabwe and also on my arrival back home. I had network issues while on holiday and l couldn’t check myself in , one text to Sarah, she checked me in, I really appreciate that. Thank you Air Saffar!!

We are extremely disappointed with this Air Safar travel company.
We booked 5, family tickets in December 2025, but the service has been very poor throughout.

The staff members we dealt with (Tina Martin and Thomas) appeared inexperienced. Our tickets were changed four times, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In the end, we were given flights with Royal Jordanian via Amman, with a total transit time of around 26 hours both ways.

The hotel and food arrangements during transit were also not satisfactory. Overall, the service we received was far below expectations.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking tickets or holidays through this company.

I was very sceptic about buying a ticket for a friend travelling back to London. Chris who was the agent I spoke reassured me all was well and the ticket will be issued. His reception was welcome and customer service was excellent. I will recommend others to use their agency.
