I am now downgrading to a one-star

I am now downgrading to a one-star. I paid a lot of money to get custom Remy double drawn hair. I wish I could upload images here of The Rat's Nest it became. I took it out of my hair after 2 weeks and of my hairdresser did a test. Definitely not real hair definitely not what I paid for. False advertising. I contacted them on Thursday today is Saturday. I told them I sent them pictures of the garbage that they sold me. I should not have to send this back and pay for return shipping. I paid by PayPal and told them I wanted a refund immediately. Looks like I'm going to have to put in a complaint to get my money back. I would never order any hair from them at all.

1. The client needs to return the product to receive a refund, it's fair and is a common sense.

2. Threatening to post misleading negative reviews and a PayPal claim to get a free product and money back doesn’t work. This is against our terms of service.

Best hair

So far so good I bought a midline color and customized it to fit my sisters perfect color the instal went perfect an she finally was happy with her hair did the first time ever. She feels beautiful. I washed shampoo conditioner and blow dries her hair plus color and iron test. The hair was perfect. No strand issues and it matches her texture perfect. Looking forward to my future working w this brand

Looks good

I ordered two wig sets with different densities and both arrived today. The packaging is good, the hair so far looks nice, did a hair iron test and found no synthetic hair.

I used to buy from cheap Chinese shops before only to have my hair tangled within just few weeks, so glad that my friend recommended by airy as i am only on my first weft and it is already holding the third month.I t is always tricky to get your hair texture matched when buying hair online but yours are just perfect, please never change.

Recommend it

Because of certain health condition I was forced to buy a wig and since my friend always buys extensions from this site I went with an 18 inch full lace wig, my biggest problem is that the price seems big/high? i mean it is on all sites i have checked as i did not want to buy from all these chinese cheap places but anyway, it is still a lot. the quality is good, I am wearing a wig daily, no issues with scalp itching or anything, if you need a comfortable wig, I would recommend it.

RUDE

I dobt even want to give them one star. Thay are very rude and unprofessional. There Customer service sucks. I purchased and then get a email telling me my ordered will be canceled if I don't pay more for different shipping. I emailed back with a few questions. None of them got answered. Instead I was told to go eles where and my order got canceled. This is bull****.

UPDATE!! how did I focus you to do anything? Lol is that possible? Your company need to have people that treat other with respect. "Customers first" is how its supposed too be. Your customer service should be one of your top priorities. Instead you tell your customers to purchase elsewhere and that they aren't with your smile. You also said that "my stupid comments isn't gonna effect your 10years Business yet I get a email this moring telling to that I will be allowed to b place a order again only if I remove my bad review. Really? I still haven't even gotten my refund yet.

Update: respectful? I guess you calling me a b**** numerous of times and also making a comment that said " You must be a black bi***" is what you call respectful. Your racist and very rude. Your actually out of control. Please dont give your money to this company!!

Hello, so the full story is that you wanted the 1-5 days delivery but refused to pay for express shipping.

The reason we had to cancel your order is simple. We know it is impossible to meet such criteria and we explained how long free shipping takes, especially due to delays during the covid-19 period, yet, you still want to "force" us to ship your order.

You sent us tons of SPAM emails with all rude words starting with the f, s and then boasted on how you will post many bad reviews.

Therefore, we cannot accept such clients.

EDIT: "Customers first" is correct for customers that are respectful to our staff, we don't support Karens and abusive people, that doesn't give you access to our product, sorry.

You have confirmed that you've got a refund in the last email, so please just stop making up fake stories.

Great so far!

Just bought double drawn and single drawn hair 18” the double drawn hair was custom made which takes longer but was still shipped within the detailed timeframe, I opted for express shipping which I believe is a must.

Haven’t installed the hair yet, but it feels very soft, I did a burn test it is human hair and not mixed with any fibres or synthetics and it is true to length. I will write another review once installed washed and styled in a few more weeks.

Always recieved the hairs

Always recieved the hairs, even though sometimes there was a little delay. ( ordering from Ireland)
I love the double drawn hair ( hope I’ll get that again, since there was no option to tick the box this time ( double or single)
It can dry out so maintenance is very important! The size of the tips are great!
I order from them probably every 2nd month, not just for me, for friends and family.
Costumer service is great!
And the reason why I am here : The Price !!!!

It was the order in earlier 2019 and as announced on our site, we've been spending a whole year picking material suppliers as all of them swore in quality, sent us fake samples and then mixed bad batches when we sent them to real customers. The issue was resolved in Oct 2019 and will not be happening again.

However, thank you for your feedback, we're always working on new ways to improve our quality.

The clip in hair I received were perfect. They matched my color and curls. I got the deep curly ones. They gave me volume and look very natural with my own hair. Very soft hair. I would recommend. Gave 4 stars because shipping took a long time, but the end product was worth it.

Tape in

No problems at all with keeping them in, they do not become loose or have problems with detachingIt does take a nice curl and is heat resistant. If you take care of it and avoid too much heat and thermal stressors the hair extensions will stay as beautiful as the first week you put them until you change them; they will usually last 2-3 months before you replace with a new set with minimal maintenance.

Black Label

Hair appearance is full of bounce and soft. It is deep black with very healthy shine and the texture feels and looks very soft and natural to the touch. And blends beautifully with my own hair. It washes very well with no problems with tangling, I usually shake dry and go.. (and I use the 20 inch extensions,) or I sometimes blow dry and set and it looks truly beautiful this way. It looks amazing really either way.

Dissapointment!

Oh my.. so I bought my extensions for 230euros which is a lot for what I got!! after one wash they started to shed A LOT!! nothing helped althrough I bought doubble drawn ones;) . After a wash they instantly became dry and CURLY! Even though I ordered straight ones (well, they were straight till I washed) They are huge scammers. I dont know but they probably use chemicals to make hair LOOK perfect, but once you wash them you see the real problems..:)))

I'd give negative stars if I could. I was hoping to be able to post a snapshot of an email I received displaying the extent of unprofessionalism and rudeness shown to customers by Airyhair.com staff. I cannot say about their product, because it was never recieved and apparently is not the company's problem. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism from any other company in my life. They basically stole my money. They generated a tracking number but never shipped my order according to the exceptionally helpful people who work for USPS Customers Care. When I requested a refund they told me they, "had shipped the order, if the order wasn't received, not their problem. Sorry no refund!" Unbelievable. Little advice: Save yourself some money by going someplace else. You dont save money at airyhair.com, you're giving your money away. Reviews on youtube say their product is garbage anyway ;)

Hi, thanks for your review. You said that our extensions “are garbage” (without receiving) yet you wanted to purchase them anyway. That’s a contradictory claim and makes no sense. Why would you want to buy a product if it’s so bad? :)

Regarding “fake tracking”, we’ve sent a sample tracking number showing how long it takes for the free shipping items to come before and after COVID-19. This is clearly explained in the email.

Regarding YouTube videos from 3-years ago, there’s no point in talking about the long-fixed issues. All the customers who got one of the bad batches have been offered a full refund or a free replacement. The factory has been improved and so were the hair donor gathering experience and quality control. With close to 15-years in business and thousands of returning clients, we’re confident in our extensions.

The USPS (Free Shipping) takes around 10-30 days to deliver and, as explained, free shipping may experience delays due to the COVID hence the possible delay notification during checkout and a warning for the free shipping as "Not Recommended", plus a pre-selected paid shipping option by default.

We believe that the free shipping users have noticed, understood and accepted the risk of having to wait longer and prepared themselves for the possible delay.
