I liked booking through AirZen but once you book you can't change anything.

The service by the Airzen representative was outstanding. His response time to my questions and concerns was beyond adequate. Whenever I needed assistance or additional information the turnaround time was prompt. The pricing seemed competitive. I had never worked with this company previously but would have no reservations recommending them to friends or family members in the future. I did have some technical problems accessing the website but that may have been due in part to technical difficulties with my computer. The Airzen representative was very helpful and responsive to this problem. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Within 30mins of booking I received a phone call verifying children's ages and was then advised of a credit bc child fares were less than what I had paid. I was so surprised that a company was actually helping me save money!

They had the best price for SFO to Madrid, easy to book and from then on maintain the booking through the carrier website. The travel itinerary .pdf came in handy, with the airline reference code and and travel details.

i bought my ticket at one price, but was charged more than expected. fortunately, when i contacted the company, they honored the original price

I really liked using Airzen. The rates were good and they had a large selection of tickets to choose from. I got the best deal on the internet. They were well organized.

This was a very easy and fast way to save hundreds of dollars. I checked with many other websites and Airzen was by far the least expensive. My booking was confirmed within minutes and confirmed with the airlines as well. This is a legit website, nothing hidden. There seems to be a limited amount of available tickets so do yourself a favor and book early.
I will always check with Airzen first in the future.

Trust the websit

AirZen is very up to date with technology. Once purchased, your ticket confirmation is emailed to you very quickly and there are several precautions to make sure your payment is safe. I was able to still select my seats by going into the airlines, itself, with my confirmation numbers. I have used AirZen twice so far and their prices are usually cheaper than other 3rd party sources. I even have gone through AirZen.com directly.

Found them on line through a basic google search.Price was good,customer service on par and when I needed to change my flight dates for unforeseen reasons, well, surprisingly, they followed up on a dime.

I travel frequently from New York To Hong Kong. Previously, I would buy the cheapest fare I would see, but now I can pick and choose the right fare knowing exactly how many miles I will earn to redeem as well as towards my status. Good job!
