Very efficient, great crew, loaded and unloaded in under six hours including an hours wait for completion.

The crew were fantastic: lovely guys, efficient, respectful and careful with our items. They were also patient during what was a 3 hour wait from funds being sent for purchase of new house to keys arriving. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough as they were fantastic and made the day much less stressful than it might have been! Thank you :-)

Loading service was not too bad although we specifically requested that the large garden pots were taken and the smaller ones left, they still managed to leave several large pots behind which we then struggled to move ourselves. Unfortunately unpacking was a different issue. Another two people arrived to help unpack making six in total. All boxes were clearly marked with the content so it should have been apparent which room they were intended for. However half the kitchen equipment ended up in a bedroom. They were quite clearly in a huge hurry to get away and things were just dumped all over the place making access to some rooms and the garage totally impossible. We had boxes labelled extremely fragile having furniture dumped on top of them. It took my husband three days to clear the garage to enable us to access the freezer. They had dumped the book cases in front of the books, so we had to completely empty the study to enable us to place the bookcases against the walls. Even when given specific instructions on where things should go, they struggled to tell the difference between a bay window in the main bedroom and the small study. Several plants were very badly damaged. My husband emsiled the company to voice our dissatisfaction with the service given but we have not even recieved the courtesy of a reply. We used this company again as we had had a very successful move with them previously but I would neither use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Also they charge us twice as much on this occasion as they had done 3 1/2 years ago despite having much less furniture on this occasion.

The Britannia team were superb right from first contact with them through to the moving day itself. The office staff were so helpful and advised on all aspects of the move. On the day Graham and the team who moved us were excellent. It was a really hot day but they still moved us efficiently with a cheerful and friendly manner at all times. They were professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble, they even removed some castors from a wardrobe for us. I could not recommend Britannia more highly they are superb.

The two staff loading the vehicle were helpful, polite, efficient. They always asked if they were unsure about what to load or not.

Fantatsic Customer Service

The service from arranging a quote to supplying the boxes and finally moving house planned for 3 days duration and 2 lorries was absolutely superb.
Chris H and Jamie e were super efficient at carrying the many boxes and much furniture on Day 1. They were running up the stairs and never flagged. They were such polite and pleasant people with nothing too trouble for them. Ollie joined the team on Day 2. Again super efficient and speedy then drove about 100miles to our new home where there were a few challenges fitting furniture in. They cracked on for many hours not finishing until the evening so they could have a break the following day. We were so pleased with all their work and could not fault them in any way. They were a fantastic team worth every penny that we paid. Thank you Chris, Jamie and Ollie. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The whole process from quote/organisation/packing and moving was excellent. Good communication, relaxed about small changes . Packing and moving team were friendly, helpful and did a great job. Would highly recommend

Very good service hard working efficient working

From the moment the team walked into our home to pack up for the move we knew we were in professional hands they worked quickly but were very careful with our belongings and they were very approachable. On the day of the move they arrived on time and loaded the lorry efficiently with care making sure everything was safely stored. On arrival to the new property Ben & Chris worked solidly to make sure all our belongings were unloaded and placed into the correct rooms. We can honestly say this move was the only thing that went through without any stress which is more than can be said for the actual purchase.
The whole team from the first telephone call to arrange a quote to the actual move was done with care, commitment and professionalism the whole team were a pleasure to work with we would like to say a big thank you to Ben R, Ben W and Chris D.

Top team, from survey, admin and especially the moving team, who were polite & empathetic with handling our treasured items. They went the extra mile in many ways. It’s obvious they really care.

The two removal men were really very good but unfortunately there should have been four men - if my son had not helped with removal of my garden equipment we would not have met the deadline - so a disappointment with not having the right number of removal staff on the day

A big thank you to all of the St Neots based Britttania team for making our recent move run smoothly. Communications were excellent throughout and the moving teams were very friendly, polite and extremely hard working. The guys went out of their way to get awkward items upstairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an upcoming move. Their rates are also very competitive.

2 day move to Manchester with Rob and Mark M. It was a pleasure meeting them, they made it a great experience, working extraordinarily hard moving me out and into my new property, even having to put up with the buyer of my house being abusive towards them. Would definitely use again.

We used Brittania Harrison & Rowley to move home this week. Amazing service from quotation to move day. Loved the crew and their sense of humour making a stressful day light hearted. Big thanks to Matt D, Connor & Tom N (great skills on a bike 🤣).

Sam who packed was very careful and no damage occurred to our belongings. Sam and Mark M on moving day were able to load up and deliver to our new home speedily. They then set about placing all items/furniture in their attended spaces as directed by my wife. She was very pleased with the thorough job Alan Cook/Brittania delivered.

Britannia were amazing. Well priced, good packing service, understanding, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them to everyone. It was easy from day 1 to work with them.

Pick up
The 2 vans arrived at the time agreed, which was important because we lived next to a junior school and any earlier the road would have been full of children and parents.
They stated roughly when they would be finished, I thought they had underestimated the task but they left 45 minutes ahead of the time stated. This helped us to make sure we left our old house in manner we wished.
The four worked very well together, they all pulled their weight and were considerate with our belongings.
The drop-off
Only two movers the next day one of whom had been with us the day before which, for us, provided the continuity which helped us.
Again both worked hard and moved all our belongings in a lot quicker than we were expecting. Even after the assembling of beds and wardrobes and the ums and ers when we did not know where we wanted some items.
Everyone was good humoured and pleasant throughout.
