I wish your website had more information like the ounces actually put into the small large version of your collagen. I have to email you and try to get an answer. You don’t even have a one 800 number to call. I’m tired of companies not really caring about Customer Service anymore because you don’t put enough information on the website. I can’t even be my own Customer Service.

About the company: I appreciate the great detail Alaya Naturals goes into explaining what their products consist of and what results you can reasonably expect from them. Their recipe section is great for making supplement taking more enjoyable. I love when they run a really great deal (50% off) so I can try other supplements in their line!
About the Product: I have been using a prominent collagen (VP) for years and never noticed a difference in hair, skin, nails, joint pain, etc. I worried the collagen hype was just that- hype. I continued to take it for years though because maybe it was doing something inside my body I couldn’t see or feel. What a change with Alaya Naturals 5 types of collagen! I’m 54 yrs old and have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and could tell a significant difference in body aches within 1-2 weeks of consistent use. The key is consistent use.
