I purchased a car from Alba Cars expecting reliability, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The vehicle broke down just one day after delivery, which is completely unacceptable. Although it was taken in for a warranty repair, the engine management light came back on almost immediately, and now it requires further diagnostics.

Despite several follow ups, I’ve received no clear explanation, and they’ve been unable to provide even a diagnostic report. I’m now stuck with a car that continues to have issues, and I have no confidence in its reliability — all within days of ownership.

I was told the vehicle went through a pre-delivery inspection, but clearly something was missed or overlooked. This entire experience has been frustrating and stressful, and so far, Alba Cars has not offered a replacement, refund, or lasting solution.

Would not recommend.

I’ve purchased two cars from Alba Cars in the past with decent experiences, but unfortunately, this time was a complete letdown. I recently bought a BMW X3 from them, and within just a day, I had to take it to AGMC for a routine service—only to discover the battery was completely useless.

What shocked me even more was Alba Cars’ response. Despite being a returning customer, they showed no sense of accountability or willingness to help. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they tried to suggest that I was at fault for the battery losing power within 24 hours. That’s just ridiculous and unacceptable.

It’s clear that customer loyalty is the least of their concerns. This experience has left a bitter taste, and it will definitely be my last purchase from them. Buyers beware—don’t expect support once the sale is done.

STAY AWAY… Apart from the initial salesman who sold me the car the experience has been shocking. After final payment it took 17 days for the car to be ready as during pre delivery inspection, a fault was found which in fairness was apparently repaired. During this period a courtesy car was provided after asking twice. This was a very dirty dented cheap car, extremely insulting. After car collection I drove it normally for 2 weeks but the car still had a transmission/ differential problem which I took to Land Rover directly … thankfully the car was still under warranty and has been in the LR garage for over 2 weeks, propshaft, rear drive shafts and the differential has been replaced. They are still reviewing the vehicle…. Not completely fixed yet. Buyer beware….

I had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new GS3 from Alba cars and honestly it was the smoothest experience. They got me approved with the bank in no time and they got me a very good price on the insurance and the handover was clean and quick and informative about the car features. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Purchased a car from Alba cars 3 weeks ago, was told it would be ready to collect the following weekend. It took 3 weeks before it was actually ‘ready’. The expectations had not been set from the get go. There were issues with the paintwork which we were told would be rectified. After having 3 weeks to fix it, upon collection, we saw that there were still areas where the paint had flaked off, and hadnt been fixed. There was dirt and chocolate smeared in the centre console, and even a childs toy in the seat pocket. This car was a gift for my husband and I requested if they could make the handover special. I was told it would be. Instead it was just packed inside a warehouse with other cars, no reveal, just dirt and peeling paint, oh and not to mention the vehicle was handed over on RESERVE FUEL! Its actually laughable. Completely unprofessional, and just a disgrace to the industry. They agreed that we could bring the vehicle in to have the paint repaired once again, however they still completely ruined what should have been a joyous and exciting occasion.

I had a great experience with Alba cars. I saw around 20+ car showrooms across the UAE and then finally last day ended up at Alba cars and guess what I found the car that checked all my boxes and requirements. Right from the sales process everything was very smoothly done by Marty, he explained everything very well to us and offcourse we got the car! Then the process took me to my bank application where I was introduced to Moiz, who literally had a turn around time of 2 mins. All my queries were answered and done very smoothly and he guided me throughout the finance process. All in all it was honestly a wonderful experience and I would also like to add brownie points for the guy at the door, didn’t let me get the coffee myself but helped me with the coffee too!
It was a wonderful experience Alba cars and thank you I absolutely love the Gladiator! ❤️

Never recommend Alba Cars to any of my contacts service is so poor .A genuine customer will feel the same what I personally experienced. I was interested in a Nissan Patrol paid a booking amount of AED 5000/- after making the payment.Sales man literally picks up a trump card and says you have two options one is you have booked the card this amount is for reserving the car but no guarantee if any one comes with cash we will give the car to them.Next option this is confirmed booking you will not get a refund if bank deal is rejected then you will end by loosing this money.

Downpayment if you are paying by credit card then there is a catch they will try to take 3.5% credit card charges which is illegal when I said give me in writing manager agreed to waive it off.

Cashier is another ridiculous guy who has no clue of customer service arogant and when i asked him politely a customer is infront of you for more than 10 minutes and you are doing nothing .Cant you ask them why he is waiting for and he says I was aware calling us by our name.Then he claims he was working on something but in reality just was staring at the screen without acknowledging the customer.

Bank approaval from Emirates Islamic Bank came they were not trusting the bank and want money before delivery of the car even after Bank Manager spoke .At the time of vehicle delivery one only key was handedover and when asked for the second key they claim vehicle came with only one key .

Totally irresponsible sales team disappointnment the same accounts guy was the man who was texting giving directions as though as a customer I owe him something .This is a show off used card dealer and not at all customer friendly .First phase finance guy has to be terminated or should be placed in some other area not in the front line.
