They sell fake products and they don't follow Amazon procedures for cancellation. I cancelled the item because it was fake and illegal. They should have responding in 24 hours and accepted the cance... Voir plus
OMG!! Great experience so many perfume /oud options from arabian to sweet. You'll definitely find something for you. Great customer service I felt so special and unique. I found my personal scent.

The service was 1000/10!!!
The service was 1000/10!!! From I walked in to when I left the shop, I got help and was able to pick out the perfect scents for myself & my mum. I was lucky enough to be served & assisted by Dr Zizi “the Oud Ologist”. If you ever go, make sure to go and see her, she was hands down amazing & friendly and made me feel very comfortable & I was never rushed to pick anything. I will most deffo be going back!!!!

I recently visited Al Baraka, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Zizi, one of the staff members, provided outstanding customer service that made my visit truly memorable.
From the moment I walked in, Zizi was warm and welcoming. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the diverse selection of ouds and colognes with great expertise. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left with a fragrance that I absolutely love.

I had a great experience at Al Baraka. I was served attentively by the lovely Aisha who helped me pick out my scents. The shop is so clean and the whole team are really friendly. The prices are also a lot cheaper than online - 10/10 would deffo recommend. (Bring cash!)
