Great experience moving house with Albert Miles. The men were genuinely Wizards, and had a powerhouse of strength (we had all solid wood furniture & work benches). I have no idea how they got everything in the van, but they did it superbly! Delivery and unpacking went smoothly as well. Fantastic all round!
Absolutely fantastic service from Albert Miles Removals. The team were professional, efficient and took brilliant care of all our belongings throughout the move. Moving day was completely stress-free from start to finish - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company in the West Midlands.

After being recommended by a friend, I quickly found out why this company was so highly thought of. Communication prior and after the move was clear and prompt. The moving of items was careful and well planned. I experienced a flawless move and made the process less stressful for me and my family. If you’re looking for a professional moving service that actually cares, this is the one.

The removal men were incredibly well organised, polite and professional. They went out of their way to make the removal as smooth as possible. I could not believe the speed in which the van was loaded and unloaded at the other end. I would certainly recommend this removal firm to other people
The team helping with the booking was helpful, accommodating of the date changes and provided all the information needed ahead of the move date. The moving team was prompt and friendly, fast and polite and did a great job of all the heavy lifting over 2 trips to get the full work done. I felt that all of items were handled with care and wrapped to prevent damage. Some small scuffs and scratches as expect in a move took place on walls and bigger pieces of furniture, but overall very happy with the wiliness to make our move as easy as possible for us. Great work from the Albert Miles team.

Arranged to have some items moved to a new property with Albert Miles I paid the £400 In full and on the morning of the move nobody turned up, I rang them and they said the move was overlooked and apologised they advised someone arrive by 4pm bearing in mind they should have arrived between 6-7am, I rang at lunchtime to cancel as a friend agreed to move the items as we needed it doing ASAP hence why we agreed an early time slot. I had no problem cancelling as the error wasn't my fault and I was advised I'd be refunded by Friday which is a week after the move should of been, still haven't received the refund and its Monday
Had this company to move our 3 bed house. They estimated the by me walking around each room on a zoom call. On the day of the move they turned up with a small van which there was no way our house was going to fit on. When asked the driver if anyone was coming he said no. I said there’s no way it’s fitting on that and he said this happens all the time. 16 phone calls later and them telling me I would have to pay £1350 again to get another van. After I said this was blackmail they agreed £700. We are now in small claims court with them trying to get the £700 back. Terrible company.

Thank you for your review. We believe this review may relate to a booking made through HomeMove, who handled the survey and booking process.
From our side, the issue arose due to a discrepancy between the video survey provided prior to the move and what was present when our team attended on the day. The volume of items, particularly from the garden, differed significantly from what had been indicated, which is why an additional vehicle was required.
This information was later shared with you to highlight the discrepancy, and following this, the small claims court matter was subsequently withdrawn.
As the concerns raised relate primarily to the survey and expectations set during the booking stage, we believe this may be more appropriately directed to HomeMove. Could you please review and confirm whether this feedback is intended for them instead?
