Albion Pet Foods has been established for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in delivering the highest quality raw working dog food, based on BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food Diet). Due to issues with the company…
Due to issues with the company delivering the order, I needed to ring for assistance and advice. I spoke with Hazel who was wonderful. She listened to my issues, contacted the delivery company and then contacted me again to update me on the outcome. She also put in play a fallback option, should the delivery fail to take place as promised by the company.

Consistent Quality, Happy Dog, Excellent Service
We’ve been feeding our dog Albion raw food since he was a pup ( he is now 2 and half years) as recommended by the breeder and it’s been fantastic. He’s grown into a larger-than-average German Shepherd (thanks to his lineage) and the 80/10/10 balance has clearly supported his development perfectly.
He absolutely loves it — his bowl is always spotless — and I genuinely feel it’s great value for the quality.
Customer service has been excellent too. They’ve always been flexible when I’ve needed to tweak my subscription, especially in the early days while figuring out the right portions. Delivery is reliable every 4 weeks, with a clear one-hour time slot, which makes things really convenient.
I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else — top-quality dog food and a great company to deal with.

I have been an absolute pain changing my subscription but Hazel and the Gentleman (sorry I never catch his name) are always so lovely and helpful. Been ordering from them for a few years now and not had many issues, but if there was then it was delt with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My American cocker spaniel has always…
My American cocker spaniel has always been an incredibly fussy eater to the point that there isn’t anything I’ve not tried and within about a week goes off everything, worryingly he can not eat at all for 3-4 days and the vet has had to give him an appetite stimulant, anyhow, the stress I’ve felt over this was immense and did t know what to do for my one year old boy, I have recently got another American Cocker puppy and I have just transitioned him from his puppy kibble to Albion raw chicken, my older boy ate all of his yesterday and I think we finally have found a winner, yes I’m sure the puppy has helped him eat what I’ve put down but even so at the moment I’m very happy. The food isn’t like any other raw I’ve tried, it’s firm and not sloppy and bloody like so many of the others, neatly packaged and a huge plus for me is that it’s British ! Thank you Albion…fingers crossed that your brand is finally the one that my dog will eat every day. Annee

We’re delighted to hear that both your adult American Cocker and your puppy are enjoying our Albion meals. We buy our meat in frozen blocks and mince it while still frozen, which keeps the texture firmer and reduces excess blood compared with some other manufacturers. Because the product is minced and packed while frozen, there is also significantly less opportunity for harmful bacteria to develop.
Feeding fussy eaters can be incredibly challenging, so I’m really pleased you’ve found something that works for both of your dogs. It may be worth trying a few different flavours to help add as much variety to their diet as possible.
