Hi, We’re genuinely sorry for the frustrating delay in your order. We had an unexpected fulfilment issue from mid-September through late October, which pushed some orders far beyond our usual 5–7 day shipping window. We kept customers updated however this period and offered 15% refunds on many affected orders, but I completely understand the upset with the overall situation.

In regards to the posters, they were a free gift we added to all orders, and those shipments were unfortunately impacted by the same fulfilment backlog. We’re now fully caught up and have had the issue resolved with all posters expected to ship out shortly.

Please reach out to us directly for that 15% compensation incase we missed you so we can sort this immediately. Apologies again for this.

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had, you’re well entitled right to be frustrated. We had a significant supply delay from mid-September through late October, which affected a portion of orders placed during that window. Even though we kept customers updated and issued 15% refunds on many delayed orders, it’s clear we fell short in your case, especially with the lack of timely replies. That’s not the level of communication we aim for.


If your order still hasn’t arrived and you’ve been requesting a refund, we want to resolve this for you immediately. Please contact us directly at either via email or our instagram so we can either confirm the shipment or process your refund right away.

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had, we understanding how annoying that can be. We went through a major supply delay between mid-September and late October, which pushed some orders far past our usual timeframe. That period also caused a backlog in replies, this isn’t what we aim for at Album Tags and have been working to be better.


We issued 15% refunds and updates to many affected customers, but it’s clear we missed you.

We’re genuinely sorry for this.

We experienced a major supply and fulfilment delay between mid-September and the end of October, which caused some items to be shipped much later than normal. Our customer support also fell behind during that period, which is why your message went unanswered. That’s not the service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise.


I’m glad to hear your NFC Album Tag arrived, but the fact that the two mats never did is fully on us, and we want to fix this immediately. Please reach out to us directly via email or our Instagram and we’ll resend the missing items or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
