I used to use another high-end photo book printing company, so I was quite anxious about the results when I had to change. I've had three 16*12" and a 14*10" Hi Colour books printed this year and am VERY happy with the results. The quality of the printed colours, paper, binding and overall communications about the stages of printing and delivery have all been excellent!

Everything matters, no just the book
The quality of the book, as always, great. However the packaging drop back to amateur style; no wrapping individually that made the covers scratched and the outer packing just an old box taped out all around. A disappointing experience this time…

Easy app to use
Easy app to use; prompt service; very good communication re my order; high quality finish. A bit expensive (especially with my anxiety about getting it right) but the discounted rate was excellent. This was my first photobook project and based on my experience I will use Albumworks again without hesitation.

Another great photo book using Albumworks
I made an album of happy snaps of the extended family's holiday in Fiji this year, and ordered 3 copies, one for each family. They love it, especially the children. Much easier to look at and talk over experiences with a hard copy than scrolling through online.
Albumworks provided me with samples of color and paper quality so that I could choose the most appropriate for this album.
It is great being able to communicate with the people at Albumworks re advice. They have also produced webinars to help people produce the best product they can. Can't praise them more highly.

Great product
I have ordered a number of books from Albumworks. The support is great, if you need help. However, there are a few bugs in the system, that I have dealt with, that need improving -I have mentioned that to support and hopefully they will take it on board. That is why it is not 5/5

I had never made a digital album before and found the video tutorials very useful.
The online help was very interactive and helpful.
The quality of the finished product was superb.
I live in NZ and the time from ordering to receiving my book was very quick.

It is a great product but the best thing is being able to build your photobook on your laptop without having to be on line as that way you can pass hours in the car/on the plane/hanging around airports etc. Technical support is so easily accessed and it is lovely that it is not a call centre, and the finished product is delivered usually within a week. Highly recommended.
